Great location and lovely service from the staff at the hotel. Easy to walk into the main sights and parks. Hiroshima was perceived to be an extremely tranquil city.

The hotel room is small but clean and cozy. I love the bathhouse on the top floor. There's a supermarket nearby that stays open until midnight.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It is not very close to JR station but still it’s just a few minutes work and not difficult. Love the hot bath. There’s a sauna room with tv inside it ;) very nice one. You get bento as breakfast. We had it in room on 1st morning and take it on train the next day. Very flexible and taste good too.

The usual facilities, eg for Japanese hotels. Pretty close to Hiroshima Station, which is also bad, because the noise from the Shinkansen is pretty invasive. Soundproofing in the hotel is subpar. Door to the corridor not insulated- with an open window there is a noticeable draft. Loud fridge that could not be turned off. Contact sounds from the rooms next door, loud banging, rumble from sewage pipes. Not a great experience.

Location is about 10 min walk from JR station, but quite a good location to walk to most tourist spots within 30 mins. No cafe or restaurant in the hotel, but there is a large supermarket and a Komeda's cafe nearby. Also, there are lots of restaurant choices near the JR station. The public bath at the roof level offers a relaxing treat before sleep.

The hotel has a pretty good location, less than a 15-minute walk from Hiroshima Station. Across the street, there's a large supermarket, making it convenient for shopping.

Room for family a bit too small. It hardly had space for our 3 cabin and backpack luggage. The location is good, near to station and near to the Hiroshima A-bomb area and museum. There is no possibility to have breakfast in the hotel, but there are enough possibilities in the train station and surroundings.

Room was small but enough for a solo traveller like me. To my surprise, there was even a microwave in the room. Everything was neat and tidy, and the staff at the front desk was nice and helpful. On the top floor, there was a public hot spring bath, but I did not use it. Outside the hot spring bath, there were drinking water fountains and vending machines, one of which dedicated to selling milk and dairy products. You could enjoy the Japanese culture of drinking milk - correct me if I am wrong (at least this was what I learnt from Japanese animes and dramas) - after taking the hot spring. Overall the experience was great.

Very easy for self check-it just within 8mins walk from the JR station. Location nearby have a super market and restaurants but limited parking space.

About 10 mins walk from Hiroshima station. I stayed in the twin room and it’s possible to open 2 big luggages with some creativity. The pictures of the big onsen are from the male onsen. The female onsen is much smaller and with only 2 wash stations… and the wash stations have no partitions. Just gotta time your baths well. The hotel does not offer Yamato so you gotta take a trek to a convenience store or the actual Yamato store which is about 10 mins away on foot. One of the staff’s attitude was pretty harsh and put her hand out to stop us when we tried to take some amenities form the amenities bar upon check in. Perhaps a simple polite explanation (or maybe just let your guests have extra amenities?) would suffice. There are pretty nice izakayas a short walk away and a laundromat just across the street. Okay for a short stay if you value a laundromat nearby.

It was in a handy area if you are up to walking you can get pretty much anywhere. Rooms were really small and tv didn’t have Netflix but it does for a night. Our room was next to the train tracks so it could be a bit nosey as times. Our room was also really warm and we struggled to get the temperature to a normal room temperature but that may have been us and appreciate the heating was on as it was winter time.
