Capsule Hotel Cube Hiroshima recensioner

I recently stayed at Capsule Hotel Cube Hiroshima for a few nights—this was my second visit. Overall, it’s a great place, but a few small issues have started to surface. Positives: The staff are wonderful—friendly and attentive. You receive fresh towels, pajamas, and cleaning amenities daily. Good location, making it convenient for exploring Hiroshima. Areas for Improvement: Limited showers: Only three per floor, shared by many guests. At peak times, you might wait over an hour, and by then, the showers can be a bit dirty (e.g., hair left behind). Laundry bottleneck: Each floor has just one washer and dryer. The dryer is especially slow—it took four 30-minute cycles just to dry six t-shirts. Vending machines lack variety: No cola or Pepsi—just beer and water. Not a major issue, but worth noting. Fridge access is inconvenient: The communal fridge is behind reception, meaning you must hand over items to staff. A small fridge on each floor would be much more practical. Worn-out mattresses: The memory foam mattresses have sunk in from overuse. They haven’t been flipped or replaced, which leads to uncomfortable sleep and back/hip pain. Final Thoughts: Despite these downsides, I would stay here again. However, guests should be prepared for some minor inconveniences. If the hotel made a few simple upgrades—like replacing mattresses, improving laundry facilities, and adding accessible fridges—it could easily be one of the best capsule hotels in Hiroshima.

I am more than happy to write a comment for this capsule hotel, which has been the best one among those I have stayed in. They provide generous amount of amenities and even hair spray. The staff members are welcoming and helpful. Sound isolation is extremely good as you don’t want to hear people snoring. Just a 10-minute walk from Hiroshima station which is acceptable. Just right below the building there is a tram stop for the port to Matsuyama. I hope I have a chance to be staying in this place again!!!

Definitely the nicest capsule hotel I've ever stayed at -- everything is incredibly clean and well-run, reception is friendly and helpful, and facilities feel more as if you're at a nice spa than a capsule hotel! Capsules themselves are unfortunately not sound insulated which may be problematic for some (especially if you're near the bathrooms) and some might find the temperature too warm for sleeping. Overall great value for money though.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, good location. Honestly would recommend it highly!

Friendly staff helps with all questions. Upon check-in, you are given a set of pajamas and disposable items. You can arrive earlier and leave your things for free. On the street, I didn’t immediately notice the sign that the hotel was on the 4th floor.

Positives: Location is okay, you can get here from the station by the bus. Capsules had a fan inside and didn't get stuffy. You get a bag with the toiletries and pyjama, which is nice. Negatives: No fridge to store the food

Good service, as expected in hostels, there are some weird people.

Perfect for one night. I arrived quite late but they are always open. It's built to accommodate many people but it was quiet and clean. The showers and other facilities are great, you get toothbrush, pyjamas, towel and a whole lot of other stuff.

Provides all the amenities you will need. One floor has many capsules and it can be a disaster if everyone is occupied. Thankfully my night has only a few residence. Will come back again.
