Very good location, facilities and comfortable beds. The service could be a bit better and washing takes too long with the machine provided.
The carpet is very stained and should be cleaned, otherwise a very good hotel.

This hotel does not offer any bottled water and the room was tiny with nowhere to put luggage. The carpet was stained, and looked dirty. The receptionist did help me get a taxi to Hioshima station Shinkansen and they did provide a nice free breakfast of juice, coffee, and assorted breads. They also held luggage in a safe area. They do not let customers checkin early.

Hotel went way above my expectations. The rooms were large and spacious. The shower power was very good and the bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly as it is in Japan. Great hotel!

Enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. Room was big and has the shower and toilet separated so one does not need to wait for another to finish showering before using the toilet.
Room was relatively quiet with mild traffic noises but ceased after around 11pm.
Bed was comfortable with soft and hard pillows.
Location was perfect as well with around a 5min walk to Hiroshima station.
I appreciated the room TV function where I could see the status of the 2 washing machines from the comfort of my room.
There is also bread, coffee and fruit juice available at the lobby every morning.
Staff were also friendly.
My only feedback is the lack of hooks in the shower to hang our clothes.
Overall a very pleasant stay here. Would choose to stay at this hotel again if I’m in Hiroshima.

The room was super big for one person that had 6 bunk beds , a living room plus 2 toilets. Value for money . Excellent location and helpful staff

Nice and clean place, very convenient that near JR station. Unfortunately, I requested a high floor, but the hotel assigned me a room on the 2nd floor. The room is close to the ground and right next to a main road, so it can be quite noisy at night when vehicles pass by.

The location is great, just 5mins walk from Hiroshima Station. Lawson and 7-1 are just near by, the room is big.

Hotel was much nearer than we expected. Clean, new and comfortable. Room was big enough for us to open both large luggages. Free bread and coffee for breakfast was a plus! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience. The location is fantastic—just a five-minute walk to both the bullet train station and the tram station. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to Tokyo standards. We had two suitcases, a stroller, and a carry-on bag, and everything fit comfortably in the room. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast with items like muffins, croissants, buns, juice, and coffee, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything they served. We would definitely recommend staying at Nest Hotel Hiroshima Ekimae!
