Voxx Marmaris Beach Resort

This hotel was an excellent surprise from the first contact with the reception until the last minute. I have no negative points to point out. I was very well received and welcomed by the staff who were simply 5 stars, from the reception, restaurant and bar, all very polite and always ready to help. I definitely want to go back and I recommend it to everyone, it was really worth it, I felt at home. It is very important to mention the care and availability that the manager had with us, simply fantastic and very dedicated and concerned, a fantastic person, many congratulations

While i would probably not give the whole hotel 5 stars, i would definitely give the entertainment team jasmine and ginger the whole 5 stars. Such lovely people who can not do enough for you, happy faces no matter what and always have time for a chat, well done guys 🙌🏼 the hotel itself is clean the cleaners do a great job, didn’t have to fight for sun-beds as always some available at the beach if not the pool. Could do with some drawers in the rooms as limited storage space. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so if you are looking for shops, bars etc maybe not the place for you, however the local bus is cheap and runs every hour the hotel has a shuttle bus which also runs twice a day but you will need to book. Food very limited and not a lot of choice but you will be able to find something, ice cream waffles, and crepes the only puddings. All this being said we had a great 2 weeks and met some lovely people, miss jasmine and ginger already, wish i had half their energy ♥️💙

The Voxx beach hotel this was our third visit we've been made to feel like one of the family by all the staff. I'm disabled and can't walk far but once you've come down from your room in the lift it's all on one level. The food is fresh and you can always find something you'll like. The entertainment staff are always trying to give you the best time they can. Both Ginger boy and Jasmine and friendly up beat and try to give you a great time with games and activities throughout the day and entertainment in an evening. The cleaner's are amazing and made our room look amazing after it was cleaned every day. The restaurant staff led by Cengiz were lovely I had a fall and they couldn't do enough to help me and make sure I was okay. We will recommend this hotel to friends and family. We will be back 5 stars.

Arrived here on 21st May for 3weeks. Reviews were shocking but didn't put us off. Totally glad! Hotel half an hour from Marmaris. So peaceful and nice. Hotel staff are amazing. Place is absolutely spotless! Ginge and Yasmin who lead entertainment are excellent. Food adequate with plenty of choice. We're in a swim up room and pleased with it. So much so we've booked 3 weeks next year

What an amazing place, cleaning staff work very hard and are always friendly, young receptionist amazing helpful and friendly, Ghengis restaurant/bar manager can not do enough to help and make sure your stay is excellent. Young pool bar man excellent always smiling and help to help and serve you.. unfortunately I didn't get his name. THE Hotel supply's a free of charge minibus into Marmaris everyday and free of charge and departs the Hotel at 10.00 and 18.00 with returns from Marmaris to the Hotel at 16.30 and 23.00 Yesmin and Ginger boy on the entertainment team simply out of this world, always interacting with the hotels guests making sure they are happy or if they need / want anything even on their days off... Hotel and its grounds are kept very clean as you would expect. The food is always of a very good quality although limited selection.. Personally I would of liked to see more steamed / grilled fish.. but always something enjoyable to eat.. The Restaurant could do with some fly zappers above the entrance doors to the restaurant to try and deter some of the Flys and some sharper knifes as the ones supplied are blunt but seems to be standard blunt knifes from this visit inTurkey. A couple of quiet bars/restaurant a short walk down the beach and a Local supermarket that sells near enough everything a short 5 minute walk uphill.. Magnums in the inside freezer near the till whilst we were there were only 37 TL and Cornettos 27 TL. I would be more than happy to recommend the hotel in a quiet / relaxing location and will be back again. What a wonderful week we have had! Hotel is extremely clean and staff very helpful! Special mention to Ginge and Yesmin for being the hostess with the mostess! Really did go above and be beyond! Thank you both so much you made our holiday! Highly recommend for a nice chilled holiday!!
