Hotel Videseter

Me and my boyfriend recently stayed at this hotel. I would like to share my experience and feedback regarding my stay a few nights ago. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not match the high price we paid, and it left us with unpleasant memories. The room assigned to us was very old and unattractive. There was no television, the power outlets were outdated and unattractive, there were no wardrobes or drawers, and the four mismatched hangers seemed to have been taken from different clothing stores. Furthermore, the condition of the bathroom and toilet was very disappointing; the sink looked old and unappealing, and there was a foul odor which made the entire room smell unpleasant. These conditions made our stay far from satisfactory. The breakfast provided was also very poor in quality. The food was dry and of low quality, showing a lack of consideration for the guests' needs. Another point to mention is that we were told our room would have a river view, but all we could see from the window was an asphalt road, and we could only hear the sound of a waterfall. This was very disappointing. Additionally, the pictures in the hotel’s website gallery were very misleading and did not reflect the reality of the hotel’s condition. The only positive aspect of our stay was the courteous and respectful behavior of your staff, for which we are grateful. However, this good behavior could not compensate for the significant shortcomings of the hotel's facilities and services.
