Multiple repeat stays, one of the best value places you can find, great location and owner I think

It was a very good place for a long trip, not so much for an overnight stay as we had. The check in was self service. We arrived early in the morning only to find we could get in but not out. We had to wait until another traveller let us out. We had to leave our luggage in the foyer until our rooms were ready and agin at the end of our stay until our transport left. There was only a person thereat specified hours and though she was really helpful when I went to pick up my luggage early while she was still there I couldn't even use the toilet. Unless you are arriving late in the morning and leaving early in the afternoon it's a bit of a hassle. For long term it would be great because it has all the facilities, including a small kitchen. It's in a small alley so is quiet and there are lots of places to eat nearby and it's handy to much of what you will want to see.

Overall great, location is good at central, it is a bit older but is clean. For the price it is worth it. The reception is helpful as well.

The stay was ok. The room, bathroom and overall quality was fascinating. However, the walls aren’t soundproof so sometimes I would hear the neighbor coughing which kept distracting me and uncomfortable with making too much noise. I like places where I don’t have to worry about making too much noise because of walls being soundproof

Nice and cozy place in District 1. Neighborhood is busy at night time but the hotel area is quiet and chill. It was a big and clean room, nice staff, everything was good. Good choice if you want to stay around district 1 for a few days

Great value for money, very clean and quiet. The room is Japanese-style, and the bed is firm, just the way I like it. Will book again if I have the chance.

Located in the city centre, in a very nice area. Easily found if using google maps. The location is strategic as there are a lot of cafés in the neighbourhood and also a 7-eleven and a Family Mart. Quite near Vincom Centre. The room is clean and the staff is superfriendly. The wi-fi is fast.

怎麼找到他們家呢？定位到哈根達斯，對面的Kawaii spa那個巷子口往裡走到底，看到misa那個櫻花標誌，再往裡頭的巷子走，拐個彎就到了。老闆很親切，服務和好，衞生也好。相對於這個價格，性價比很不錯了。

Отель очень небольшой, главное что он расположен в самом центре, но в нём тихо, так как это дом в глубине квартала. Если будете искать по картам, то надо писать адрес 15A Le Thanh Ton, а 50 это номер дома внутри квартала, куда вход через арку с улицы Le Thanh Ton, там обозначен номер 15A. Этот район с японским оттенком. Недалеко станция метро Opera house и остановка автобуса 152 в аэропорт, на улице Пастера. Есть лифт и бесплатная питьевая вода кроме бутылочек в номере. Нам особенно понравилось что в номере есть чайник и микроволновка - можно согреть купленную в супермаркетах готовую еду, их вокруг много, замечу что еда в Хошимине в 2 раза дороже, чем в Нячанге. Посуды мало, но пара тарелок, ложек и кружек есть. Ножа нет, чая и кофе тоже. В ванной шампунь и зубные щетки. Сам номер совсем небольшой, но кровать удобная, кондиционер есть. Очень заботливая женщина администратор, если что-то надо, спрашивайте у нее. Хочется ее отдельно отблагодарить.

По сути- это апартаменты с небольшой кухней, большой комнатой и санузлом. Находится в хорошем японском районе с множеством заведений, рядом в 10 мин ходьбы большой торговый центр Все было чисто, кондиционер работал. Для своей цены очень хороший вариант. Единственное, администратор находится на месте не весь день, надо учитывать.
