The Noble Swan Hotel New World recensioner

We chose this hotel due to a lack of alternatives, but numerous issues made our stay uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we could only tolerate being here for one night. Budget hotel as it is.

The place that we booked was overbooked so they ended up moving us to their other location which was in a building that was quite a bit older than the one we initially booked, but the staff was super friendly at both locations. They payed for a cab to bring us to the other location. The place was pretty clean, a couple minor things but overall I enjoyed my stay and we ended up booking an extra night from the front desk as there was so much to explore in the city.

We arrived … then they transferred us to a sister hotel and they upgraded the room … 2 hours later they shifted us to another room … a downgrade to a smaller room …. The air conditioning didn’t work … they came and after a while they got it working … but not very well …. Not the best experience!

Power shortage some time., others are okay, good location. No Food, and just a small hotel, the same as nearby hotels in all.

Friendly staff, location is good. May restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

I strongly recommended this hotel. Good value for money and very convenience. Helpful and warm service too. It is my regular hotel stay in HCMC.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rest are not so good. The building and the AC is old 🥴 but the staff are accommodating though. If you a traveler who would settle for less, then you can stay there. Otherwise, find elsewhere.

Good location, nice cosy rooms. Strong WiFi. Hotel Reception service could be improved. Front staff does not give the welcome vibe. Request for extra towel not duly entertained. No greetings too.

We checked in to a different hotel on our first day. They transfer our things without our knowledge. Great location tho.

This hotel is a bit rundown...would recommend for some overhauls to the interiors and bedding and wall furnishings. Overall was acceptable as it was in a good location with plenty of restaurants and walking distance to most of the attractions.. But the toilets facilities could be improved. Would recommend anyone who has a tight budget to stay here.

Room was small and toilet is cramped. No breakfast provided eventhough booking did mention breakfast snack is provided.

Great location and big room! Daily snack is a small banana it was reception boys friendly! Location is good!
