A budget-friendly and exceptionally clean option with a perfect location close to key attractions. They have a delicious breakfast and friendly hospitality. However, a couple of cockroaches were spotted, highlighting the need for better pest control. Overall, it’s a great choice for an affordable and convenient stay with room for minor improvements.

I really liked this cozy room and the location that is from 5 min walking to Bui Viên street. The staff is friendly and helpful. But there is no window in the room..

I have booked this hotel for 2 nights. Best part is very near to Main attractions, Restaurants and in the city center. You can go for a walk just in front of the hotel a huge park and a walking track. Front desk is very kind and helpful. The room is well equipped and fresh. I had no issue with the room. Just one thing I booked a room with window and city view but they gave me the room with window but with blocked view. The breakfast was good they have around 12 dishes in their buffet. No smells in the room with is a good thing.

Very nicely located in Ho Chi Ming district 1. Very friendly staff on site. Clean room with essential amenities. No cigarettes smell. Offering free good breakfast. Will book again

Location was very good within walking distance of many attractions. Housekeeoing should be improved. As for breakfadt.. nothing to shout about. Stayed 6 nights .. only had the breakfast every other day. It would be nuce if some staff can speak some simple English.. especially housekeeping.

The hotels location is amazing, great friendly staff, and a travel agent at the door, however the bathroom wasn’t great. The water didn’t drain, and that created a mess of hair and old shower water. Everything else was really great especially for the price but the drain was not good.

It is a great and affordable price hotel via popular location in Ho Chi Minh. The staff are real nice and easily to talk with. The room has a bit smell of smoke. There is many clothing stores and restaurants around the hotel. However, the room still big for this price and nearby hotel.

You will enjoy your stay. Believe me....

Stayed for 5 nights, but they never clean up the room, change towels and bed sheets. Receptionist were friendly. There is also on going renovation. Free breakfast is so so. Location js good.
