Stayed here for many times when it was still Dargon Palace Hotel. All good. Just this time I got room where there is no elevator , on the 3rd floor, it was tough, especially if you have some luggage. Also safe wasn't working. All the rest was great

1. The location is very good. It is close to most tourist attractions.
2. The staff are very friendly. Especially the security guards working during the day are very friendly. He was so kind that I gave him a tip.
What's disappointing
1. The facilities (showers, etc.) are a bit old. However, there is no problem in using it.
2. The safe is not fixed, making it difficult to store valuables. Improvement is needed.

I had a pleasant time staying in this hotel though its a short stay but I felt relaxed after a long trip. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. He waited around 1 am to accommodate me.

PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! This hotel will do anything to get extra money from you. We booked a room with a king-size + single bed for 2 adults, a 6-year-old, and a toddler, which was plenty of space for everyone. Our booking indicated that children stay for free. However, upon our arrival, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional and insisted on charging us extra for the child under the excuse of the space not being enough, even though we showed her that our booking indicated that kids stay free and that the number of beds we had was enough for our family. As it was late and we were tired from travelling, we had no choice but to pay, but when we asked if she would be providing a crib since we were paying extra, which we usually get for free she said NO that we just had to pay the additional fee and we won't get any extra beds. Additionally, she handed us this ridiculous agreement that if the sheets or towels get dirty or stained ( which were already worn out ), we have to pay an additional fee... also, you have to personally request housekeeping every day before 2 pm. Otherwise, you won't get any. Later, when we asked for cleaning, she said they were short-staffed and that we could only get towels. When you request housekeeping, you have to sign a waiver that if any of your belongings go missing, they are not responsible.

Hotel service was very good. They always ready to help me.
Room was nice. There was a Little bit insects. But it’s not big deal. When I said them, they were spraying it. Then it’s ok no problem.
Location was super. All things close just by foot or taxi.

Low quality , the picture it’s not look like real one , I book almost one month before I got the room on 6F .Need to by stair 1 . Elevator have only 5 F . And I ask to change they ask for pay extra money .

Best Location!! Best service, especially front receptionist, very informative. Thanks you. And thanks again for free upgrade my room, but charge for late check out 12:45 PM (They approved 12:30 PM, and I ask them to take a shower as it is very hot temperature, but they said no, I feel very rush and uncomfortable. Finally I paid more like a penalty 200,000 VND + 3% as paid by Visa card. It is all about technical system as we are human can control it, but they try to charge me. It is okay first I think they just kidding me. 15mn is about 8$-10$. Time is money. Best hotel in city but if you don’t understand customer’s feeling I should rate 6/10 for this time.
