Generally good service from staff. Staff were respectful and helpful. Breakfast was simple but nice & enjoyable!

good location and superb service. hotel is 2 separated units, with a shop in the middle. if you are travelling with others, it is advised to book the rooms in 1 booking if you hope to stay in the same unit.

This hotel is very new and clean. Convenient location with easy transportation. am very satisfied with the service and facilities here. I will definitely stay here again.

I'm not satisfied about the service and don't think I will book from this hotel again. I was travelling for leisure with a friend and booked the room for two night, with breakfast included. First of all, they don't even have the pick-up/drop off service with the airport, so you can only make your arrangements. After check-in in, we had to ask for a second room card as they didn't give, and the first one stopped working, it was just disabled and couldn't open the door, and we requested many times to solve the matter. Third, the room was supposed to have a courtyard view, but the window was completely covered by stairs, so the view was not nice at all and it was also quite noisy. Lastly, we requested an early check-out and takeaway breakfast due to a pretty early flight schedule. The receptionist specifically told us in a very rude way, that they would not provide takeaway breakfast and that we should have gone in some local supermarkets or convenient stores to get it. They didn't even accept to refund a small amount as a compensation for the disservice and specifically told us we would have just lost the money. I will definitely choose another hotel the next time I go to Ho Chi Minh.

New and a bit nervous about everything. Rooms are spotless and modern. Breakfast average. Location is pretty good. Could do with getting a bit of SOUL though.

蠻不錯的一個酒店，他們家酒店其實有兩棟，因為越南的大多酒店都是小小的緣故吧。 員工服務也挺熱情，還送了飲料喝

地處市中心，靠近地鐵，濱城市場，去範五老街走路10分鐘，阮惠街也是10分鐘，鬧中取靜，非常方便。住過很多次了

酒店還行吧這個價格 衞浴都是TOTO大品牌 房間還算乾淨的 離機場早晨六點半出發20多分鐘 很不好的就是22:00後不給帶人進去入住 必須進去要付70w越南盾 這都什麼規定？  太噁心了
