it is a hotel facilitated with a simple open kitchen which is good for a longer staying. The hotel a bit dated but clean and friendly staff. a convenient store just in next door and convention center in a walking distance in the next street. Breakfast is nice with reasonable variety of food

Strategically located at district 7. It is very close to the exhibition center and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, convenience stores etc. will come back again

Located but a 5-minute walk to the Exhibition Center, with lots of restaurants and 7/11 near by. Good size room and always great breakfast. One of my favorite hotels in Ho Chi Minh City.

It is located in the exhibition area of Ho Chi Minh City in district 7 with very clean and cozy design hotel. Very near the exhibition by few walks . Great recommendations

Located in District 7, Phu My Hung. 6 mins walk to Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). MacDonald's, Starbucks, many good restaurants and convenience stores are very nearby. Hotel ibis Saigon South is right next to Novotel Living Saigon South. This Hotel was changed from Capri to Novotel Living Saigon in August 2023.

From local eateries serving delectable Vietnamese dishes to familiar chains like Starbucks, there was always something to satisfy my cravings just a stone's throw away. Additionally, having convenience stores nearby was a lifesaver for grabbing any last-minute essentials. The accommodations at Novotel Living Saigon South were nothing short of comfortable and welcoming. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and offered all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. Overall, my experience at Novotel Living Saigon South was fantastic. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location, excellent amenities, and top-notch service. It truly made my time in Vietnam all the more enjoyable.

Rooms are big. Feels like long stay service apartment. Location is a bit too far but the service is good. Breakfast is so-so. Stay for two days and found that rooms are fully booked.

Awesome.property right next to the exhibition center. Got a complimentary upgrade which was a nice gesture from the hotel. 2 thumbs up
