The best customer service ever. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Will definitely recommend it to family and friends

This is the best hotel I have stayed in my entire life. This is not a luxury resort, but there are a couple of things that made our stay spotless during our honeymoon: 1) They welcomed us with a bouquet of flowers, free wine and fresh fruit while we checked in to the hotel - all for free. 2) The staff were exceptionally well trained and attended all of our requests with the best attitude. 3) The hotel was very well located very central to the city. 4) While drinking our wine, we accidentally broke one of the wine glasses. When we reported this to the lobby and were getting ready to pay, they said that they did not want to ruin our trip so they would not let us pay them back for it - where else in the world would you get a service like that? I have just one feedback for improvement. I felt like for the afternoon tea service, the variety of food was not enough, which left us wanting a bit more for the extra price we paid.

We had a great stay at Silverland. Location was excellent, amenities were well-provided, staff were nice, and the hotel itself is beautiful and instagrammable. I will stay here again if given the chance.

Hotel was overall good but on closer scrutiny seemed to have been designed more for IG rather than user comfort. Room is super pretty but quite tight and there are not enough storage spaces or hooks for storing/ hanging clothes and other belongings.

Hotel location is good. Hotel staff is also friendly and helpful. I requested for a connecting room with my gals but they didn’t have it so the hotel staff upgraded one of our room to a bigger room so we are all on the same floor.

Hotel is convenient located next to Ben Thanh market and next to the metro. Breakfast provided has a great variety and spread. Tasted delicious as well. Service levels at this hotel is impeccable. All staffs are friendly and make you feel at home away from your own home.

I just love love love the design of the entire hotel! Our deluxe twin room was so warm and welcoming, truly makes you feel like home. Staffs were super friendly and welcoming. Top floor dining area is perfect, you can chill there for the entire morning!

Fantastic service, clean room and new hotel (1year old) with fascinating design. Extremely convenient location, within 1min walk from ben tanh market. Be mindful that body moisteriser lotion is not provided, and our room was a tiny bit noisy from loud music at night on the weekend as it is right next to ben tanh market.

While the hotel offers a pleasant experience overall, it would greatly benefit from enhancing the service quality at the reception. A stronger focus on effective communication among the staff would elevate the guest experience. It was our 2nt time to staying here. First one was okay. All the receptionists are needed to be focus on customer centric! By the way, rooftop pool was great!

**Hotel Review** We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing; from the moment we entered, we felt the warmth and excellent service. We were greeted with a welcome drink, and the staff kindly assisted us to our room. The rooms were beautiful, just as shown in the pictures. So many opportunities for photos to be taken here. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located near the market and a short walk from other famous sights in District 1. I highly recommend booking this hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful with great service. The room is cosy and clean. We had a great complimentary afternoon tea and a nice short stay.
