Don’t believe the positive reviews. My guess is these are done fake reviews. Dirty, dim and in disrepair. I walked on the floor for 2-3 mins and the slippers were also are dirty as the floors

Good working wifi, spacious room with balcony, good size fridge, draws, hangers, ice cold a/c, central location , perfect for solo travelers, I highly recommend Cons -no elevator ( no problem for me) -no breakfast available -you have to go through restaurant to go to your room ( no problem for me)

Don’t be fooled by the Google and Trip reviews, I have the WORST stay here while I was in Vietnam , been traveling a lot and this thing NEVER happened to me before. My booking on my whole stay is MISHANDLED ON PURPOSE They downgraded my room just to accompany other booking for the 2 nights that I stayed in this hotel. When I booked, I specifically chose the SUPERIOR Room with windows. But as soon as the booking is confirmed, they message me that I’ll be moved to a STANDARD room on my first day and will be moved to a DELUXE WITH BALCONY room the second day so I agreed. It was an hassle to pack and unpacked to move rooms. They supposed to move me to a DELUXE room as PROMISED the next day, but they refuse, and suggesting that I’ll be move to a family room or I’ll be move in another Hotel. I demanded for a refund because I didn’t get what I booked and paid for and they said it’s not refundable. Its either I stay on the room that is downgraded or don’t get anything. DONT BE SUPRISED IF THEY CHANGE OR DOWNGRADED YOUR ROOM to accommodate other booking and to fill up their rooms. The staff in the Indian restaurant under the hotel says that’s HOW THEY OPERATE. They will marked that rooms are available when they are not, and will moved you to another room just to fill up the room of the hotel. I was REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED and if you can avoid staying in this hotel please do! I never want to go through argument with their staff for more than an hour trying to win what I paid for. Imagine moving you on the room that you paid for just to accompany others. The rooms are dated and nothing special. No elavator for a 5 floor hotel. PS. THE OTHER REVIEW ON THIS HOTEL IS A BIG JOKE

The hotel is near to everything. Restaurants ar everywhere. The only cons that I experience is that there is no elevator and the door sounds really loud whenever you move it.

Sure, here's the English translation: --- I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. I chose this hotel based on multiple hotel booking sites and Google Maps reviews. The reviews were mostly very good, and since I had been staying at a nearby hotel until recently, I decided to visit and found it to be clean, so I chose this hotel. However, when I checked in, there was a motorcycle parked at the entrance, blocking my way, and the front desk staff remained seated and did nothing to help. The room showed numerous signs of a hasty and amateurish renovation, with walls simply painted white, and the bathroom door was still broken. What ultimately made me lose faith in this hotel was that, the day before my check-in, two one-star reviews were posted on Google Maps, and the next day the hotel's listing was completely removed from the map. Due to the series of problems mentioned above, I became distrustful of this hotel and asked via chat why they had deleted the hotel's information from Google Maps, but I was ignored. Additionally, on the second day, the entrance was blocked by a motorcycle again, preventing me from entering, while the front desk staff sat there playing with their smartphone. On the last day, they came to my room directly to ask if I was going to extend my stay, and during check-out, they didn’t say a single word, not even a "thank you." This hotel seems to be owned by Indian capital, but the staff look down on and mock their guests, making for a very frustrating trip. I ask once again, why did they remove the hotel information from Google Maps? This hotel is deliberately removing bad reviews to deceive new guests by only showcasing good reviews. It appears to be managed by Indians, but they should reflect on their disgraceful actions as human beings. Deceptive acts towards guests who trusted and stayed at your hotel are absolutely unacceptable. I will never use this hotel again.

Overall for my experience was absolutely amazing with the hospitality of Phan Hotel. I can say that the location is super best when you travel in HCM, you can access to everything you need for just few minutes walking. The staff was very friendly and helpful and provided us everything we need and special requests. Mr. Hong Son the morning staffs was very kind and helpful he was outstanding. If you on a budget travel in HCM choose Phan Hotel you’ll not disappointed.

The staff, particularly the young receptionist, was very helpful, assisting with luggage. However, the absence of an elevator, especially for rooms on higher floors, was a significant inconvenience.

가성비, 위치 생각한다면 그리고 친구와 둘이 왔다면 여기로 하시면 후회하지 않을 듯요. 바로 내려가면 웬만한 건 주변에 다 있어요. 배낭여행이나 첫 여행으로는 여기 추천.합니다^^ 아 깜빡하고 사진 못찍었네요 ~ 에어컨 공기 컨디션 나쁘지않아요

Lúc đầu mình đặt phòng có view, đến nơi nhân viên nói hư máy lạnh ( trước ngày nhận phòng đã gọi điện để nhắc) sau đó đưa cho mih căn có view rất tệ, bọn mình k chịu đòi huỷ phòng nên mới đưa cho căn này. View oke nhưng phòng dơ, cát và bụi dường như k hề quét và dọn dẹp phòng, mih có nói với nhân viên nhưng k nhận đc bất cứ trợ giúp nào. Máy lạnh cũ kĩ, mở 16 độ c nhưng k hề mát xíu nào, ngủ nửa đêm mồ hôi chảy ướt hết cả lưng. Sáng hôm sau tụi mih check out sớm luôn. Nói chung là 1 trải nghiệm tệ !
