Nicecy Daily Hotel

Stayed at Nicecy Daily Hotel from 21st to 25th Mar. Had a really pleasant stay & was surprised by the room. We even got a free room upgrade. My only 2 negative feedbacks are that the aircon in the room 303 wasn't cold enough, although hotel policy doesn't allow them to give me another card to place in the keycard holder, they did accommodate me by having the reception/concierge accompany me to my room each time to open up my door while I left the keycard in the holder. The shower was also hard to adjust with the water being too hot or too cold, had to skillfully navigate the knobs to get the appropriate temperature. Front Office Receptionist Nih was really hospitable to me through out, I forgot to bring a travel adaptor & she was kind enough to lend me one. Also on the day of my checkout she even let me try her breakfast pastry. Really appreciate the kind gestures. She really made my stay even more enjoyable. Location is great. So near to Ben Tanh Market. Lively at night. No lack of food choices. Numerous massage/spas near the hotel. We booked the Suite but it's quite disappointing. Kitchenette has no power point so we can't boil water with the kettle provided. The kettle is dirty too. Coffee table has ants. Toilet has shampoo, shower cream but the hair conditioner bottle is empty. Overall, cleanliness and comfort can be improved.

Lovely boutique hotel. Near Benh Thanh market. Easy access to famous Ha Tham money changer. Walking distance to District K clubbing joint. Just like in Old Quarter in Hanoi
