Suzu Saigon - A Boutique Hotel recensioner

This Japanese-style boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. The cozy room, exceptional service, and convenient location made my HCMC stay unforgettable. Can't wait to return!

Suzu is a relatively new hotel so everything is new and running well. Room is clean and size is good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

The hot tea and cold towel made a good impression especially after a long flight and Saigon crazy immigration queue. Facilities was clean and new. The bed and shower was amazing plus I got a nice view of the Saigon river. What concludes my one night stay experience was the Japanese breakfast. It felt like I was in Japan and the grilled fish was very tasty. Location is in a quiet part of Japan town and there are cafes ,spa and convenient stores nearby. Will definitely be back for my next visit.

The hotel is in the middle of Japan town next to a lot of stores like the mini mart, restaurants, bakeries. Pretty good location, the staff are so friendly and so adorable! They had Japanese breakfast which I found very healthy and filling which helped me get through the day. They will make you pho for breakfast if you request it a day early. Room is a little small and there isn’t a very good view of anything, the bath tub isn’t fully attached to the ground so it moves around while you’re showering 😂 but they gave a lot of stuff in the room for you to use! They have toothbrushes, shavers, loofah etc. overall hotel was very clean, very brand new, good location, friendly staff. They even have a bar on the top floor with a much better view of the city than I can see from my room on the 6th floor. I do also feel safe that elevators make you use your card to go up so you can rest assured no strangers will be wandering the halls of your hotel lol overall good experience

酒店位置靠近日本街 兩分鐘走過去 離機場不堵車30分鐘 設施配置都跟五星級沒區別 科勒 吉博力衞浴品牌 衹是有一個女前台敲詐了我一筆 因為朋友過來房間 説原先已經入住兩人 再入住需要加錢50萬 我告知那個朋友今晚不住這裏 她還是不行 明着就是敲詐 自己得了50萬 很是不爽但也無奈 早餐是日式 沒有其他選擇 吃個新鮮 天天吃不好吃

Mọi thứ khá ổn. Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình chu đáo. Trừ việc giá giặt ủi đắt, có lẽ do tôi quen đi Trung quốc, với mức giá khách sạn này thì giặt giũ ở bên trung quốc là miễn phí. Nhưng ở đây giá giặt ủi hơi cao. Không có máy giặt để khách tự sử dụng. Nhưng dù sao mọi thứ cũng vẫn ổn. Khách sạn rất mới và sau mỗi đêm ở, phòng được dọn dẹp rất ngăn nắp kĩ càng.

環境：舒適，在一條巷子裏，不臨馬路，晚上睡覺安靜。出門左轉，直行去河邊，路口有咖啡店，週末晚上很熱鬧。 衞生：棒👍 服務：好。 設施：好。
