**Horrible Experience! Luxury Home Landmark 81 - "Luxury" in Name Only!**
Our group of four specifically booked this "luxury 4-bedroom apartment" expecting quality accommodation. At HK$751 per person per night (HK$2,253 total for 3 nights), we instead endured one disaster after another!
### **1. "Broken Glass" Excuse Upon Arrival - Clearly Overbooked!**
At 10AM on arrival day, we were suddenly told the room was unavailable due to "broken glass." What a coincidence - obvious overbooking! We waited over 2 hours in the lobby, only to be downgraded to two separate units (one 3-bedroom + one 2-bedroom). The pathetic compensation? Just 1,200,000 VND per day (about HK$1,000 total), processed through third-party with no clear timeline.
### **2. Staff Completely Lacked Basic English Skills**
For a property claiming to serve international guests, their staff couldn't communicate in basic English. When we tried asking simple questions in English, they either looked completely confused or made excuses to walk away - utterly unprofessional service standards!
### **3. Filthy, Rundown Rooms!**
- **Broken AC**: One unit's AC didn't work. Staff took 1 hour to "inspect" - which just meant turning it off/on (we'd already tried that!)
- **Damaged Facilities**: Cracked trash bins, clogged sinks, moldy showers
- **Bug Infestation**: Cockroaches everywhere. Used condom wrappers under every bed in the 3-bedroom unit - absolutely disgusting!
### **4. Rough Luggage Handling & Shameless Denial**
At checkout, staff violently manhandled our carry-on luggage (never checked before), causing visible damage. We're 100% certain they caused this because:
1) We exclusively hand-carried this luggage
2) It was flawless when handed to them
3) Fresh scratches perfectly matched their rough handling
Yet they blatantly denied responsibility, claiming "pre-existing damage" - outrageous lies!
### **5. Inconvenient & Poorly Managed**
Every entry/exit required staff assistance. Even mall access needed doorbell ringing and waiting - extremely frustrating!
### **6. Wasted Entire Day!**
From 1PM to 5:30PM just to resolve their mess - our first day's plans completely ruined! We took an early flight to maximize our trip, only to lose hours dealing with their incompetence.
### **Verdict: HK$751/Night for This? Never Again!**
At this price, proper hotels are widely available! Luxury Home Landmark 81 offers:

我們一行四人特意預訂這間「豪華四臥室公寓」,本以為能舒適同住,結果每人平均支付751港幣/晚(總計每人2253港幣/三晚),換來的卻是一連串災難!
### **1. 抵達後才被告知「玻璃破裂」?明顯是超賣!**
抵達當天早上10點,突然收到通知稱「房間玻璃破裂」,無法入住。**真有這麼巧?根本是超賣!** 我們被迫在大堂苦等**超過兩小時**,最終竟被安排兩間房(一間三房+一間兩房),**房型降級但退款極少**(每日僅退1,200,000越南盾,總共約1000港幣),且需經平台退款,遙遙無期!
### **2. 員工語言能力極差,基本英語溝通都做不到**
作為一間標榜接待國際旅客的「豪華」公寓,**員工完全不懂英語**,連最基本的溝通都成問題。我們嘗試用英語詢問問題時,員工要麼一臉茫然,要麼隨便找個藉口離開,**服務態度極不專業**!
### **3. 房間陳舊、衛生惡劣!**
- **冷氣故障**:其中一間房冷氣完全無法製冷,工作人員拖延1小時才來,所謂「檢查」竟只是重啟(我們早試過了!)。
- **設施損壞**:垃圾桶蓋破裂、洗手盆排水堵塞、淋浴間積滿污垢。
- **蟲害嚴重**:房內有小強及其他昆蟲,**三人房每張床底均發現使用過的保險套包裝**,衛生狀況令人作嘔!
### **4. 行李遭粗暴對待,還矢口否認!**
退房當日,工作人員**粗暴對待我們的手提行李**(手提行李從未托運過),導致行李箱明顯損壞。我們100%確認是他們造成的損壞,因為:
1) 我們全程手提行李
2) 交給他們時完好無損
3) 刮痕和凹痕與他們的粗暴動作完全吻合
但他們竟**厚顏無恥地否認**,聲稱「本來就是這樣」!這種不負責任的態度令人憤怒!
### **5. 管理混亂,出入極不便!**
每次進出都需等待前台人工開門,商場入口還得按鈴等人接應,**極度耗時費力**!
### **6. 全天行程遭耽誤!**
從下午1點折騰至5點半才解決,**首日行程全毀**!我們特意搭乘早班機就是為了多玩些時間,結果全浪費在與他們的糾紛上!
### **總結:751港幣/晚住這種破房?永不考慮!**
此價位足以選擇許多正規酒店!Luxury Home Landmark 81**服務差勁、員工素質低、衛生堪憂、設施殘破、對待行李粗暴**,更嚴重浪費旅客時間。**強烈建議避開這間劣質服務式住宅!**
