Good neighbourhood and building. Responsive service, including to fix the shower head. Although it was clearly not working when we arrived. The apartment was a decent 3 star. It was fine. But nothing about it was luxurious. Some black mould. Wiring issue. Clean but not up to luxury standards.

The apartment is pretty good, and the building is the Landmark. However, from the pictures of the chosen room on the website, it looks like it should be above all other buildings. I know we got the apartment at a lower price, but staying on the 26th floor, with a view of the opposite houses and more floors above, makes absolutely no point to stay in the Landmark building. Sorry. Also, it's mentioned in the listing that there's pool access, but the pool wasn't available for some reason, so the pics and this make the listing inaccurate. Overall, the stay was okay, but I was disappointed that it wasn't the experience I expected, looking at the listing pictures and description.

This hotel is a total winner! Clean, central, and super friendly staff. I felt like I was staying with friends. Everything I needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!

Its hard to check in and they keep us waiting like 2 hours outside and let us in after that the room is still not cleaned up, and the inside is really diry old and dirty furnitures dont fooled by these pictures its diffirent room

Easy to check in. Clear instructions and it’s located right in Landmark 81. One stop shop location for dining and shopping.

Terrible for services such checking in and so many confused whereabouts in getting to the room and restaurant 😡🤬🥵

The staff is nice, especially Wy and Rin . The room is very fragrant and clean, everything is nice when you stay here

Good location and clean apartment, however, pictures did not fully match the description since there are many apartments under the same host

Good thing 1. Can go to vincom center through door next to elevator , 2. There is a park very near by Bad thing 1. There is door enter to the lift area to go up to the apartment However , only residence allow to open by scanning finger print , means guest can not open door This staff said there are here 24h to open door but not convenient at all and some time they are not here (early in the morning around 7am i waited around 10min to have a resident go to in so i can sneak in. 2. Even the door to vincom center , can go from apartment but can not come to apartment from vincom center , same need to have resident’s finger scan. 3. Gym swimming pool can not use Only for resident who can have access with finger print 4. Room condition and facilities , utensil all very cheap quality 5. Not clean i see many hairs and dust 6. Staff’s bad attitude Staff who open door said to me ‘ trời ơi’ which is ‘Oh my god’ with annoyed face when i asked her how to use lift Cause lift not traditional one , have to scan key at the outside of lift first and then press the floor on the small screen. Therefore i will not comeback definately

Nice big room with washing archive however it’s a little bit of out of the way
