The room is quite old but big. Sound insulation is poor. But Service is quite good. After informed them our situation, they help us change the room and we really appreciate for their kind arrangement. Location is okay. Really love there is a spa inside the hotel and they offered discount for the guests stayed in this hotel.

The bed is comfy, breakfast spread quite a variety and location wise is within minutes everywhere. Stay here few times before.

Loved this hotel! The location was awesome and the spa was amazing! It has a gorgeous lobby, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of selections, as well as excellent and helpful service. I will stay again!

Old but good condition. Relatively clean. Stayed many times. Shower mixer should improve as difficult to adjust the hot water

We are impressed with the service crew especially Tony and Tristan for carrying our heavy luggage with a smile when we are leaving. Tony was with us when we reached as well 19sep and guide us with the directions when we decide to walk about. On the first day, the staff who serve us, checked in passport and our welcome drink (did not take notice of his name), we feel welcome as well Overall, its a nice experience and will recommend people to come over here to stay. The breakfast are nice and yummy. However one thing that disappointed us is the wifi, always on and off. In the end, we stop using wifi.

Loved our stay, lots of good things, but the staff really made this special. Particularly want to highlight Tony, Tristan, and Jackson. They were so helpful and friendly and our 18 month old boy absolutely loved them, especially Tony, who my boy would not leave alone.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with this place. It has a good central location, nice small cool pool and a really good breakfast served at the 12the floor restaurant with a view. Spa service was good and staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was decent, furniture a bit old and with the window looking at the opposite wall, but with solid Wifi and not noisy. Would stay here again.
