Excellent Hotel, great service, amenities and wonderful breakfast buffet spread. Location was OK, easily accessible to the central of Saigon. Food options, shopping options available nearby and walking distance to the vibrant Bui Vien Walking Street. This was my second stay after 6 years and did not disappoint.

I wanna say it's so amazing!!! One of the best hotel I've stayed in Vietnam All staff are so friendly and nice Especially Hung(Bell Boy) and Xuan ( Breakfast staff ) They are so kind to me That makes wanna stay here again Of course I'll come again!!!!

Hotel room is clean and check in/ out is fast. Location is abit off from the Benh Thanh area but quite close to Bui Vien street.

Very good location.. Modern and clean hotel, has everything I need and breakfast is sumptuous..i like that it has fresh fruit juice and sparkling water for grab.. I just find it odd that there's no bidet in the toilet.

Overall pleasant stay at Pullman Saigon Centre. Some nitpicks - Pillows were oddly shaped, i was placed in a connecting room, sound proofing was very poor. I could hear my neighbour’s alarm and their constant moving around the room…

Stayed there for a few nights but note that this is far from the rest of old city center so u need to take a grab. Check in and check out was extremely slow, service was average. Hotel room was noisy and bright from outside the hotel and in room dining food was average and limited. Breakfast was better tasting. Will not be back.

We quite enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. The reception team are very efficient and friendly. They were very supportive and understanding when we had to extend our stay, yet rooms were already fully booked. Breakfast was excellent and the changing menu meant that we had something new every day, which made our 8 day stay quite comfortable. Response to requests was very quick and all staff we interacted with were super friendly, calm, respectful and kind. Will definitely stay in this hotel again!

I would definitely give Pullman a 9.99: the service was fantastic and the staff were passionate about providing guests with the best experience. One minor issue was not having towels at the gym early morning, I always work out at 5:00 am and there were no towels.

This is my first time to stay in this hotel.Everywhere is clean, and the location is perfect.It takes only five minutes to go to the walking street.We can find everything in that street.The traffic is quite good in the morning, no such a lot jam around the hotel in the morning.The breakfast is excellent, one of the best i've ever had.I will introduce to all of our staff who will go to vietnam for business trip.

Overall solid experience for a straight forward business hotel. Staff were attentive and professional, also very speedy with any requests. Everyone spoke good english.

Good location with attentive and courteous service staff - lobby counter; F&B, concierge; other facilities’ service staff are generally all commendable. Rooms are quite well maintained with adequate supplies and the buffet breakfast spread is excellent.
