Silverland Sakyo Hotel recensioner

- love the bathtub and the bed - breakfast was amazing, my friend esp like the coffee -staffs was supportive

i stayed at silverland sil before moving here. while sakyo is more expensive, the service is nowhere near sil's high level of hospitality, especially at the reception. the room and breakfast buffet was slightly bigger but everywhere is really dark. leather on the sofa at the entrance is getting really old, and the air conditioner must be dirty because the air in the room was really bad for my throat. and there's no desk to work at even though it can be considered a business hotel.

The hotel was pleasant and welcoming. The room was of fair size but with a small window and no view.  We were disappointed that breakfast was not included in the room price. We stayed in many Vietnam hotels in different cities and this was the only one that did not include breakfast. They did however have a pleasant afternoon tea with light snacks tea and coffee. The location was excellent with many restaurants, bars, and shopping right outside the door. We thought out had a pool when we booked but out turned out to be a smallish Jacuzzi on the roof top deck.  Loved the Japanese toilet.

The hotel staff are very polite and friendly and room are clean and nice. But the shower water is not hot and hot tub in room cannot be used as there is not enough hot water. the room temparture is hard to get cool down and it will take a long time. the facility need to improve ac and hot water capacity

Thin walls means you hear everything your neighbors do at night.

Hotel was super clean and well decorated. Staff was friendly helped with luggage enthusiastically and was able to answer questions about the area. Room was spotless and the interior was comfortable.

The hotel is in central location surrounded by many restaurants, coffee shop, massage shops. The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. It will be my next go hotel for my next HCMC trip.

Amazing stay in Japanese style! We loved everything in this very hotel. Lobby and rooms are nice decorated, the service is great, the stuff is very helpful! The location is also very good, you can easily get to everywhere you want ! Little jacuzzi on the rooftop is great plus there is a bar nearby. The price is quite affordable in comparison with other hotels in this area

Everything has been impeccable at the hotel - it's only a 10-minute walk to major spots such as Central Post Office and 20-minute to the War Remnant Museum; Our room is really stylish and clean, the bed is really comfortable, breakfast buffet is a mix of international dishes, plenty of good F&B outlets and convenience stores nearby, and the service is exceptionally good. The staff speak fluent English, and has been extremely polite and helpful, especially one named NAM. It's a bit difficult to manage your trip in a foreign country where the majority does not communicate in English. However, NAM assisted us with all the bookings and arrangements for the local tours, made sure we got to the destination and back to the hotel safely. Without his help we would have been truly lost and stuck, we are truly grateful for him and the other staff's assistance and guidance during our stay there. The only flaw I can pick is that the jaccuzi at the roof contained much chlorine that it smelled a bit like bleach, I personally have sensitive skin so it was an issue for me. Otherwise the whole setting at the roof is also perfect for relaxing after a long day touring and walking around the city. For the price we paid, it's totally worth it and exceeded beyond our expectations.
