Au Lac Charner Hotel recensioner

We got upgraded to a bigger room. There was a problem with the hot water but it was fixed in the end. We both got sick but it might not be because of the water quality. They washed our clothes as an apology. The highlight was the rooftop swimming pool nd the sauna/Steambath, which had a great view. The food and tea was great. Overall i would recommend it.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great location. The pool is big and had good seating around it.

The staff of Au Lac Charner Hotel are friendly and helpful. The location is central, just next door to the Finance Center. They have very nice buffet breakfast and afternoon tea. During our stay they even had a Christmas tree light up party. This really brings the guests together. An excellent stay overall. Recommend anyone who wants a relaxing stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Nice hotel with excellent service. One of the rooms is only available at 3.30pm though. But they extended check out time. They offer a hi tea as we wait for our room. Staff are all very smiley and professional.

We stayed here for four days and we are extremely satisfied. The staff is supportive, the room was very clean and comfortable, the pool nice and open all the time from 6 to 22. The breakfast was perfect, and the afternoon tea great. We also had a dinner in the hotel during the heavy rain and it was very good. To make the long story short, this is our hotel in Saigon where we will come back!

Hotel room is clean. Location is accessible to malls. However room door is difficult to open after card tap. Bathroom will still flood even with the shower curtain. Lack of massage shops in the vicinity. Overall comfortable stay. Buffet breakfast was alright.

Lovely hotel, good breakfast. Rooms not that quiet. Strange shower arrangement - out on balcony and as such exposed. I think I would go back, but would look for alternatives first

The Charner Hotel is excellent. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the rooms equally so though we found our bed a bit too hard. Excellent location, close to everything. Great breakfast with good coffee and a pleasant rooftop bar with a small swimming pool. Our room was tucked away and even though we were on the second floor we had to take two different elevators. I would definitely stay here again.

A good business hotel which you could have free afternoon tea while doing work in the hotel.

Their services are excellent and staffs are friendly. The stay included morning breakfast and hi tea is which the foods are delicious. Rooms definitely is neat and clean I personally like the hotel decoration and designs especially decorated with lots of plants and bring is close to the nature.

Place is amazing! I arrived late, and wanted to surprise someone - but wine is already in the room, and its midnight but can still use Grab to buy flowers. Ambiance is good at lobby.
