A nice little hotel situated about 1.5 miles from the airport. I only spent one night here. Nice sized room and very clean. Staff were very nice and the receptionist especially was very good. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

와이프가 베트남 현지에 있어 자주 베트남행을 할 수 밖에 없는 나는,
그동안 여러번 호치민에 있는 호텔에 투숙한 경험이 있다.
4성,5성,을 비롯한 3성급 호텔도 투숙해 보았지만, 각 성급에 알맞은 "퀄리티"라는게 있다면,
정말 이번 하노이 호텔은 3성급이라는 점을 감안해도,아니면 감안해 볼때에도 이제껏 묵었던 호텔 중에서 가장 최악의 경험이었던 것 같다.
한국에서 예약할 당시에 보았던 하노이 호텔의 객실이나 조식 사진과는 너무나도 큰 갭이 있었고,
이에대해 호텔직원에게 (기분이 나쁘지 않게) 물었더니, 5년전의 사진이라 현재와 다를 수 밖에 없다는 답을 들을 수 있을 뿐이었고(이는 트립닷컴 측의 업무 태만에 기인한
문제인것 같다.), 욕실 문고리가 파손되어 있는것은 물론이며, 객실 내 티슈가 떨어져 요청을 하였으나 이에대한 즉각적인 응대또한 미흡했다.(3번째 말했을때 시정되었다. 직원이 깜빡 잊은 것 같다고 해명을 하였으나, 이미 나는 기분이 몹시 불쾌했다.)
그리고 가장 큰 불만족스러웠던 것은 바로 조식이었다. 나는 8박을 했고, 부페식이었던 호텔 조식 사진과는 다르게 오직 베트남식 국수 뿐이었다는 점에서
나는 정말 사기 당한 것 같은 불쾌감이 들 정도였다.
나는 7번의 아침을 식빵 2쪼라리와 계란후라이 2개로 호텔 하노이의 아침을 맞이했다.
각설하고, 나는 솔직히 누구의 잘못인지 가누고 싶은 마음은 없다.
트립닷컴,하노이 호텔. 한쪽의 잘못이라고만 할 수 있을까?
아무튼 나는 앞으로도 계속 베트남을 다닐 것이지만, 하노이 호텔은 절대로 묵지 않을 것 같다. 진심으로 무료라고 할지라도...
현지 호텔 사진을 올려서, 웹상의 예약사진과 비교를 하진 않겠다. 부디 개선했으면 좋은 마음이다.
왜 개선했으면 좋겠다는 마음이 들겠나?? 다른 곳으로 옮길 것이라면 트립닷컴이 없어진들 상관없지 않은가..

공항과 가까우며 무료 픽업 샌딩이 가능한 호텔입니다. 픽업을 온 직원분을 포함해 대부분 직원분들은 매우친절합니다. 시설은 외관과 엘리베이터는 상당히 낡았으나 가격대비 방은 깔끔하고 큰편입니다. 그러나 절대 다시는 오고싶지 않게 체크인 타임에도 방안에도 전혀 고지 되어있지도 않는 마시는물 추가비용을 체크아웃시에 요구합니다. 수 많은 호텔을 이용해보았지만 미니바 요금 고지도 없이 하우스키퍼가 추가로 물을 더 주고 간것까지 체크아웃 타임에 느닷없이 추가 요금을 요구하는 호텔은
10년 넘게 수많은 호텔을 이용해 보았지만 처음 이었고 체크아웃 시간인 12시전에 하우스키퍼가 방 확인한다고 손님이 화장실에 있는데도 마스터키로 그냥 열고 들어오는 경우까지 정말 최악의 경험을 안겨준 호텔입니다. 몇일간 지내며 몇몇 직원분들은 너무 친절하였기에 방을 제외한 몇몇시설이 오래되고 낡아도 괜찮았지만 마지막날의 경험은 정말 최악이었습니다.

Mình thích vị trí của khách sạn, rất yên tĩnh để nghỉ ngơi.Nhân viên phục vụ cũng nhiệt tình ( dù kĩ năng vẫn chưa hẳn là tốt nhưng có thể thấy sự tận tâm trong làm việc). Khách sạn sạnh sẽ ngăn nắp. bố trí trang thiết bị thì cần phải tu sửa lại thêm chút.Về phía buồng phòng thì nên lưu ý hơn chút về đồ trắng khi giặt ủi. Tổng quát thì thấy tương đối hài lòng. Sẽ còn quay lại.

그냥 싼값에 하루 자고가는 숙소라 생각하시면 좋아요
주변에 나가려면 택시(우버or그랩)이용 하시는게 좋고
여성 혼자 걷기는 좀 무서우실듯 싶네요

Awful! We left soon after checking in. This hotel is not like the photos. It is grossly misrepresented. Our room was awful with a broken safe. I burnt my hand badly in the bathroom as the sink tap gushed out boiling water. Staff had to get medicine to deal with the burns. The staff were polite and did the best they could. They even arranged a car to take us to a new venue. This should never have happened though. It was terrible!

We needed somewhere close to the Airport due to an issue with our flight and we stayed here 2 nights. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. I paid about £35 for 2 nights which included breakfast and unbelievable it also included a lift to the Airport. Only issue was the Internet in the room was very slow but overall great value for money and we would stay here again.
