Overall we had a pleasant stay. Elevator starts from 1st floor. Location is very good however it was a bit noisy from neighboring room.

It’s so good and nice helpful welcome for the time when you arrive but when you leave, it’s not like when you arrive… Everything okay so everyone can stay there ✨

I recently stayed at the Saigonciti Hotel, and overall, it was a mixed experience. First off, the room was a bit disappointing as it didn't quite match the pictures advertised online. The photos made the room look more modern and spacious than it actually was. However, the location of the hotel is quite convenient. It's close to many attractions, dining options, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. One thing to consider: if you're traveling with elders or babies, this might not be the best option. The hotel lacks certain amenities that cater to these groups, which could be a bit challenging. Pricewise, it was reasonable and aligned with what you would expect for a mid-range hotel in this area.

My stay at Saigonciti Hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even carried my luggage up upon my arrival and down when I checked out. The room was adequate and the location was good. The bottom part of the shower curtain was a bit gross, though.. those should be cleaned or replaced.

Great location. Many restaurants around although it could be noisy (music from nearby bars) during the weekend. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. In general, it is good value for Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended.

They provide 50% coupon drink which is in the ground floor but the receptionist just give me the breakfast coupon only for 1 person (the room was for 2 people) Yes I know I check in by myself first but from my experience mostly the hotel will give the breakfast coupon for 2 people even the second person hasn't check in & you told me to wait he / she to check in? Is it a hotel policy or ... ? (You even not explain any detail to me) So better improve for the staff or the policy.

Paying small money, you get a small room with a tiny window no doubt (not actually a window) but with the complimentary breakfast and the very nice guy at the breakfast room, convenient location for a visitor/tourist within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and walking street just a block away only for those nightlife lovers. My proposal to those wanna visit Ho Chi Minh.

The Room and bed were too small, we arrived late and got a lower grade room than the room booked and paid for

The room is small but has the needed amenities. Breakfast is ok, no tea only coffee and juice. The selection of beverages is limited. Location is good, near to some attractions.

The location is very convenient. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is good. In this area, I'd say is the best option.

The location is very nice. Only 1-2 min walk to Bùi Viện street. Customer friendly staff was also nice. Regrettable was that the air con was very dirty. It was very moldy smell. I opened the cover and washed every parts which I could remove. I strongly request that this be improved. In that state, it is affecting customer’s health.
