Location is very near Buy Vien walking street. All good restaurants are walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location is very good, very accessible. Staff were very accommodating they even clean and change towels everyday. Beds are okay too, building is not very new but worth it for the affordable price.

Inexpensive Saigon hotel. The breakfast is almost completely vegetarian but very thoughtful and tasty.

We stayed at Eden Garden in November 2024. Despite being located in a busy area, we had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and smelled great, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, leaving us always full. Highly recommended!

For the price, this hotel it’s acceptable, it’s not a modern hotel, but it’s ok! This hotel it’s near all restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, etc etc. So you will never be bored, because you will find everything there. About the breakfast, is ok, nothing special, and there is not a big selection of food. In conclusion, if you are there to have fun and find easy some places to eat or drink, this is the right hotel.

Very nice manager and staffs. The included free breakfast is very delicious, and the cooks are very nice and accomodating. The location, in my opinion, is perfect. It is near to most of the tourist spots and you can visit those by walking a few minutes. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

The hotel is located in the tourist center. Nearby there is a street of clubs, bars, cafes, street food. You can buy a SIM card, rent a bike - everything is within walking distance. It is convenient to stop if you need to go somewhere by bus - there are ticket offices nearby and buses to other cities like Na Trang leave from there. The hotel itself is not new, but the price- quality ratio- The noise from the street is audible, but not critical. We slept well in the earplugs. There was a bathtub in the room. The room itself is large and clean. 3 people clean every day. The pressure of the water suffered, but washing and even taking a bath is quite A breakfast is a mini buffet. you won't stay hungry.

can’t fault on location but it’s so noisy as it’s facing the street. party noise right up to the wee hours & the sound proofing is poor. barth tub is w/o shower curtain so it’s a challenge not to wet the floor. the water pressure is poor. but if it’s for a night or two it’s fine I guess as it’s conveniently located amongst food & entertainment

Unfortunately, the room has flies and bathroom has dwelling smell. customer service is good. Location is ideal if you a party goer.
