This is the worst experience I have ever had at hotel. It's too far from the city center. There's a bugs and insects into the room. Once we checked in there is no guests else at the hotel except us.  Also the most worst part that while we decided to make an early check-in they didn't refund to us the rest of amount, which is not legal. They going like scamming us badly. P.S: there was no refund policy set when I booked this hotel. I cannot ever recommend this place to anyone else.

Such a beautiful hotel that felt like a dreamy escape from busy HCMC. Our room was amazing with beautiful views of the river and the rooftop bar offers breathtaking views of the sunset. Hotel staff are so great and helpful and really made us feel pampered. The food at the hotel is also excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend.

Wow! Just wow. What a beautiful little hotel with great staff. It is a 5 star hotel (worthy of being 6 out of 5 stars) . The pool was wonderful and the grounds / surrounding scenery of the river transports you away from the city. Worth a visit again.

While it was a nice stay, there were a few things that could have definitely been improved. First and foremost was the amount of flies in the dining area. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing or just because it's raining now, but the whole dining area was just full of flies. It wasn't possible to sit down and eat or drink a coffee without having 10 or 20 flies just buzzing around you. It also didn't make sense that they would not allow for the canopies to be set up even at the height of the Sun, allegedly because of high winds. They should get canopies that would actually be able to do its job during nice sunny and windy days. Because that is exactly what people would be looking for. Otherwise rooms were pretty well decked out, and the service staff was friendly and competent. Location-wise, it's close to the expat area in Saigon, which may or may not be suitable for your purposes. I've been to other Riverside hotels before and while this one is good I think the location is just a bit odd.

Beautiful hotel. Everything went amazing during our stay. It’s a bit far from District 1, but very worth it for a quiet romantic trip.

Love to stay in Mia Saigon Luxury Boutique Hotel, The hotel is a romantic place. All staffs are nice and really helpful. Room is good with pool & beautiful river view. Foods breakfast & dinner is good and Will happy to be back again next time 😘
