The bar offers a percentage discount off food for guests staying at the hotel. The rooms are decorated nicely. The breakfast is lovely. 💡 Think about: The rooms are not sound proof, we heard a lot of noise into the night.

Terrible. I don’t recommend. The staff are racist and unprofessional. Stay elsewhere . Many other hotels located everywhere. Skip this !

I recently stayed at the Icon Hotel Saigon and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel’s central location in District 1 made it incredibly convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. Room: The room was modern, clean, and beautifully designed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor and the cleanliness maintained throughout my stay. Service: The staff at Icon Hotel were a highlight of my visit. From the moment I checked in, they were welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and provided great recommendations for things to do around the city. Their hospitality truly made the stay memorable. Facilities: The rooftop pool and bar were an absolute delight, offering stunning views of the city skyline. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of both local and international options, and the quality of the food was excellent. Overall Experience: Icon Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of its prime location, fantastic service, modern facilities, and comfortable rooms makes it a great choice for both business and leisure travellers. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Saigon.

Nice location located in the central area, just a few blocks from the Opera House. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops around that opened until very late evening. Good value of money, despite a bit small for the room, the nice breakfast included and very reasonable price justified everything. Recommended.

The service and hospitality at Icon hotel is great. The staff provided a surprise cake and put flower petals on the bed as they know that we are celebrating our anniversary. There is this one male staff at counter who is very friendly.

Great breakfast, served by friendly staff. Room was clean. The only blemish is the gym is too small and the treadmill is not well maintained. However, the range of the free weights are excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Icon Saigon, and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the exceptional level of customer service provided by the hotel staff that helped us to carry our bags and luggages from the lobby to our hotel room. The room itself was lovely - clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the daily replenish of the mini bar with soft drinks and beers, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, from extra pillows to helping us to communicate with the locals to confirm on our day tour or reservation. I also have to give a special thanks to the hotel for accommodating my late check-out request. I had a late flight out of town and really appreciated being able to keep our room for a few extra hours even though it was full house on that day. It made all the difference in ensuring a stress-free end to my trip. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The rooms are fantastic, and the customer service is truly exceptional. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my stay such a memorable one!

Best hotel in district 1. Great staff and location

The hotel location is fantastic easy access to most of the attractions, services across the board is great, both breakfast and afternoon tea are very good, more than sufficient choices. I enjoy the stay and will return when I come to HCMC again.
