Good location, room very clean, room decoration very nice, i love it. and provided fruits, when i get in i very enjoyed. but i didn't try the breakfast as i woke up late, so pity if have chance next time i must try it. and receptionist was very friendly too.

Decent enough. Room has no iron and need to ask from reception. Quality of iron is bad. Price over quality is a little over priced. Picture looks at least 20% better than actual condition.

Room: The room was modern, clean, and beautifully designed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor and the cleanliness maintained throughout my stay. Service: The staff at Icon Hotel were a highlight of my visit. From the moment I checked in, they were welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and provided great recommendations for things to do around the city. Their hospitality truly made the stay memorable. Facilities: The rooftop pool and bar were an absolute delight, offering stunning views of the city skyline. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of both local and international options, and the quality of the food was excellent. Nice location located in the central area, just a few blocks from the Opera House. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops around that opened until very late evening. Good value of money, despite a bit small for the room, the nice breakfast included and very reasonable price justified everything. Recommended.

Service was excellent. Was clean and in a central location.

The service and hospitality at Icon hotel is great. The staff provided a surprise cake and put flower petals on the bed as they know that we are celebrating our anniversary. There is this one male staff at counter who is very friendly.

Great breakfast, served by friendly staff. Room was clean. The only blemish is the gym is too small and the treadmill is not well maintained. However, the range of the free weights are excellent.
