The hotel is pretty okay if you choose a room higher up, it’s becoming more quiet.

Good breakfast, good location, clean room, nice service…and also nice gifts!

I stayed at Cecilia for 3 times, it is good in general but I think room at high floors may older a little bit compared to lower floor. The staff is good, especial the cleaner, she is talkative and helpful.

Location is very good for me. I stayed at this hotel with comfortable because room is clean and large. About breakfast, there are not many kind of food, but enough for me and taste is good. I would like to stay this hotel next my trip.

Location is good, room is small, breakfast is so so

Overall good room size, comfy big bed (no backache), like it that it’s wooden floor instead of carpet, walking distance to places, easy to get grab, nice pho left of hotel within 3min walk (Bun cha ném của biển - very nice pho with wok taste, must try!), affordable price, breakfast included, rain shower comfy, shower pressure is good, toilet paper is thick, toiletries, coffee and tissue provided. Appreciate that the security guard came to take our luggages when we arrived and left for airport. Breakfast nice and staff good service. Many down sides though: - bugs on bed (thankfully not bed bug, look like small spiders that jump) but they did not have other rooms to move us, so just changed the bedsheets - toilet choked and the guy gave bad attitude and blamed us when we requested them to fix it - pretty dusty and can see that it is getting aged - standing shower does not have door so the floor gets wet, best to bring slippers to prevent slipping - shower gel and shampoo too little for the number of people in the room, need to open bottle to show they are empty else they would not check and top up - jacuzzi bathtub water jets are old, bath bomb is chargeable - fridge not cold, only 2 mineral water inside and chargeable - hotel breakfast area is crowded and noisy, same food everyday - they ask u to wait while they check your room after check-out, so make sure u buffer time if heading to airport, and take some photos (slippers, fridge, bedsheets, overall room and bathroom) to protect yourself

Nice hotel situated at a busy intersection at district 1. Rooms are neat and tidy. Reasonably quiet room which gave me a good nights sleep. Bedding and linen were clean and soft. Easy to find food around the area, bars and clubs too

14/5/2024 DO NOT STAY HERE!! The hotel is currently undergoing construction works internally on numerous floors! There is no warning from the booking sites such at Trip.com of these issues. Masonry dust is all over the carpets, drilling happening during the day and when they tried to move our room to a 'quite area' there was works being carried out next door! The hotel is currently refusing to refund our full payment as ‘we checked in'. How would we realise the state of disrepair the place is in without checking in. It's a shambles and avoid at all costs!! I’m currently in debate/bartering with Trip.com to refund our money as they made no effort to understand if this location was viable for guests!

Amazing but little clean more

The bathroom tube is without curtain & water is spliting out onto the floor & sleepy

We are totally disappointed n upset with the services n thr hotel.Firstkybwe booked n paid for Studio Suite with breakfast n the room with windows.N a day before requested high floor n with some views n early check in.To our dismay,we had to wait for 3 hours til abt 2 plus n got the suite only at 2nd floor n looking forward to go to the big room with windows ,but so shocked to discover,after drawing the curtains,there's construction going on n they covered an ugly blue canvass all over the window.So the hotel s aware of the renovation n noise but didn't find it necessary to advise us or update in system.We would not ve booked it.And we waited for hours for another room bit they say they dnt ve,except for another room smaller n 1 grade lower than the Studio Suite.we were too tired n so disappointed n had no other choice but to take the room n what's worst,the sakes n duty manager refused to talk to us or answer our requests n calls.its the supervisor, Ben,on duty that'd trying to assist.N he says he wil try to make it up by offering some perks bit all on vain.no compensation for room downgrade n for 2 nights stay ,still didn't get a call or an apology from the manager.So truly upsetting.n frustrated.No restaurant for dining,breakfast was horrible n no spa services.Ww wil never book the hotel again n wil not encourage anyone else to book.

Good service from front. They are welcome and very kind. Room is very beautiful and cleanliness. Good breakfast. Recommend to book and rest this hotel. Next trip I will book this hotel again.
