The hotels was really hard for help me to chang days of booking. Since I’m just 2 months pregnant when I was a rush I booked wrong day from 19-21/2 but I booked 19-21/3. After noted the wrong booking I tried to contact hotel from reception number and on apps. And they really made things hard for me to change date. From the started they said they can help me to change because the hotel still have a lot available rooms but they rejected my changed replacement dates on app. I had to call them like 4-5 times a day for 3 days for fasting up the change. I also explained to them why did I book wrong. And they still reject again after conforming again that I had to pay some fee. I also agreed with that, because anyway still my fault. After all trip.com staffs from Singapore had to call me to help me to set up the changing since I tried to press urgent on the apps. If I didn’t do it. I think this hotel just wanted me to have to book again for new room and don’t want to change date for me. You guys know I’m pregnant so I was really upset about what they tried to do. On another hand, I’m a Vietnamese who are working and living around Asia since 2013 and i talked to the hotel reception and the manager in Vietnamese not English so don’t have any reasons for them to misunderstanding me. And if my English is not good I can’t get help from trip.com staffs it will be hard for me. And one more thing made me angry with the hotel when I arrived for late check in around 8pm after long day when to do paperwork at immigration for my marriage and went check up for the baby; they brought me and my husband to a room without window and ask me to pay extra for exchange to room with window, but I already booked the loft room 30 spm with windows - the biggest room they had. And when I showed them my booking the reception told me that the seller team told her to give me the room without window. After my confrontation and anger evident in my face, she brought me to my room and said sorry to me tomorrow about the mistake they made.
Because I already stayed there so I had to book another room for my friend also in 2 days with us.
Until now when I have more times I decided I should write down my experiences so next customers will learn from my experiences.
