Consider in room water dispenser for guests for convenience. Breakfast selection is good with local delicacies.

Do not expect a welcome drink. Even branded hotels do not offer it. Though it’s a small drink, it touched my heart. All the staff are very polite plus they can speak good English.

Being a solo traveller, this hotel was situated in a location that was super convenient for me. It was walking distance to so many places, or a short bike ride away. Opposite the hotel, there is also a massage/spa place which is really good. The hotel room and area was clean! Staffs were always very friendly & ready to help whenever. I remember, there was one day I carried a lot of bags & a staff saw & offered to help (which i declined). There is also microwave, sink etc in the room to use! It was a really good stay.

Honestly, the for this price point,i will never stay at this hotel again. The room's are nice. it is uniquely designed, unlike the usual hotel layout. But for the price we paid, getting a low floor corner room, subpar lobby, there are much better hotels out there. I stay in HCM often and other brands such as Nikko is much better in comparison. The main dealbreaker for this hotel is definitely the toilet door. The shower area is a cubicle size with NO DOOR. and it is right beside the toilet entrance. Water overflows to the outside and splashes to the entire toilet floor making it slippery and unsafe. The floor towel is basically soaked after the 1st shower.

From the moment we arrived at Fusion Suites Saigon, we felt genuinely welcomed. The security team greeted us with warm smiles and promptly helped with our luggage — a small gesture that set the tone for our stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even trying their best to arrange an early check-in as my wife wasn’t feeling well. Although it wasn’t possible, we truly appreciated the effort and thoughtfulness they put in. On our third day, my wife unfortunately came down with food poisoning from outside food. The kindness and care from the team blew us away — they regularly checked in on us, offered ginger tea, and even packed porridge to be sent up to our room. Special thanks to Alice and her team for going above and beyond to make us feel cared for during this difficult moment. Ryan was also a highlight of our stay — warm, engaging, and genuinely interested in hearing our feedback on the meals. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him. All in all, the hospitality here is exceptional. Despite my wife being unwell, the team turned what could have been a challenging trip into a heartwarming experience. We will definitely be back for our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Amazing experience staying with fusion suites, their customer service was outstanding. We had their morning breakfast and it was so nice! They even help us to call and make reservations as we didnt have a local number, and when we left, the grab driver parked too far from the hotel… the hotel employee helped to carry our luggage all the way which was so sweet Thank you so much! I would definitely come back again.

The design of the hotel is minimalist and calming, with natural wood tones and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in lots of natural light. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a small kitchenette, comfortable bedding, and a modern rain shower. The wellness vibe is strong here, and it really helps you unwind after a day out in the city.

The location personally to me not that good Near by don’t have convenience store and the walking path is not that friendly But overall the staff the service is all very top notch Will definitely be back again 2025 fly to hcmc 4 times

Nice room with a bathtub and seating area. Some nice eateries nearby. The only downside could be the sensitivity of the lift buttons. We had a hard time trying to a tiviatd the button every time we went back to the room.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bathroom needs improvement as water flows down to the toilet bowl sides which makes the floor wet and slippery. Also shower water is not strong enough

Nice hotel, excellent service

Really enjoyed my stay there. The food is really good. The staff r very professional, speak good English and really thoughtful. Also the location is very good. Will def come back in the future.
