Central Palace Hotel recensioner

The hotel's location is relatively good, offering a peaceful and quiet environment. The front desk staff speaks fluent English, making communication easy. The rooms are also very satisfactory. However, there are some drawbacks. The quality of breakfast can be inconsistent—sometimes great, other times with limited options. The rooftop swimming pool doesn't appear clean, and the gym facilities are outdated.

Central.palace hotel is good location in D1 area. Walking distance to Le Thanh Ton. Ben Thanh market and Saigon Square etc. Cheap and clean enough with clean carpet.. Just double bed room is linked 2 single bed.

Big room. Will recommend to my friends and family

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The standard has dropped so so much. While the service is not up to my expectation compated to the price I paid but at least try to be attentative to guests needs (see photos attached).

A nice hotel in a decent location. Buffet breakfast was very good. Rather a mouldy smell in the room so had to leave the windows open all the time which made it noisy from the street.

In general the hotel is in a good location. The room is nice and clean as shown in the photos. The service was ok just too busy to give the late check out. Other services like spa & massage I didn't try but the hotel offered quite a good deal. The only thing that I wasn't happy about was the breakfast too cold too dry and less choices.

The location was especially good. The facility felt old, but it felt like they took great care to keep it clean. Breakfast was also good. You can feel the noise from the cleaning staff from 6-7 a.m. the day after your stay. I went out in the morning after 9 o'clock, and they even rang the bell and asked if I wanted to clean or go out. Of course, they are friendly and provide towels and water, but... I have never seen an employee ring the bell in the morning while staying at a hotel. From the next day, I was worried, so I woke up earlier, put away my luggage, ate breakfast quickly, and went out quickly. On the second day, I didn't ring the bell, but it was at the door as expected. It makes the guests very anxious. Haha, other than that, it's good.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and location was just good, being close to most of the attractions. Our city-view room allowed us to enjoy the beautiful city views at night in our room too.

Short trip at Ho Chin Minh City staying in this hotel.The location of this hotel is perfect and breakfast is delicious.But guest need to pay for laundry bag and mineral water.

Hotel staff were great. neat and clean hotel. Good surrounding. Good foos.

Very good service and location for district 1. We even got free upgrade which the room is really amazing. Love everything about the hotel. Also it was our 2nd time at the hotel
