Gia Hoa Airport Hotel

The check in and check out process is fast. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The equipment is quite complete. The location of the hotel is not far from Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Quite comfortable and okay for those catching early morning flights. No need to worry about hunger and thirst as there is a 7-Eleven convenience store opposite the hotel.

Not kinda good

When I was checked in to my room I was in a shock. The room looked nothing like the one in the photos. The biggest disappointment was there was no windows. I went back down to reception to report the discrepancy. I was told that I had booked the standard double. Even after I explained that the photo clearly showed windows in my booking I was denied a free upgrade. It was late and after traveling for 11 hours, I just paid extra for the room with windows. There was no bottled water, which was very inconvenient after a long flight. There was a knock ar the door when I was having my shower. The towel wasn't big enough to wrap around in, so I had ro put my pants back on. The upside was that the owner came and refunded the amount I had paid for the upgrade. Duvet - I am not sure if they clean the blanket every time it is used. There was no duvet cover.
