Great helpfull staff . Rooms are comfortable big beds breakfast must must must be improved . The hotel is a small hotel but in the center neat the old market .

room is clean and good, location also good, staff is friendly too. only price on booking is not stable, even late booking will get the better price..

Extended the stay for 2 more days. Well recommended. 1 of my shortlist.

Ok for a budget hotel. Good location. Pool was dirty and no one swam in it. Breakfast ok

The only negative is the toilet, hard to do a shower due to the bath tub, very hard for older age people to get in to bath tub standing to shower. Other than this, all are perfect!

In general, the room is OK

Big and spacious and clean room. Hotel staff is very kind, polite and nice..location is very good..walking distance to market and takashimaya.

Unfortunately the hotel we booking online prior to coming to Vietnam from Australia has apparently closed for renovations. No one told us, instead we were put in another A25 chain hotel and we hadn’t noticed until day 2 when I went to use the pool and the reception said they don’t have a pool. I then got explained that the hotel I had booked was closed and they moved us and no one told us. This was so disappointing as it was 35+ degrees and I would never have booked a hotel without a pool. There was also no restaurant at the one we were staying at, I had particularly booked the original hotel for the roof top pool and restaurant bar. Very disappointing that I wasn’t communicated with prior to arriving in Vietnam! I would have changed my reservation to a hotel with a pool for our stay, it was extremely uncomfortable being in that heat without the option to cool off in a pool

Clean hotel. Location is quite convenient i should say. Breakfast wasn't very good thou.

There was only one sofa in the room. It used be 2 sofa for my previous 5 stays in this hotel. 1 sofa is not enough for us who stayed in the room. I also observed that some of rooms were also having 1 sofa per room. Please give us at least 2 sofa in a room so that we can have proper seats in the room.

Great service at check-in and reception staff were always friendly. Reception girls were lovely, quite knowledgeable and helpful - always assisted to get grabs, give maps and directions etc. Some other staff didn’t speak English very well so I had to contact reception a few times to communicate. Perhaps it was New Year so the room was not quiet but rather loud with noise from the outside alley. Location is great with many conveniences nearby: a Circle K right across the road, several coffee shops and juice bars within a 2 minute walking distance. Restaurants, and franchise coffee outlets like Starbucks are close by. Binh Tanh Market is a 3-4 minute walk, and money exchanges are conveniently located.

Within 5-10mins walking distance from ben thanh market. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast check in and out. Close to cinema too.
