This place is awesome. The staff are super friendly and will do whatever they can to help. Very clean place. Far enough off the busy street so it’s quiet at night. Definitely worth the money to book a room!

Très satisfaite de mon séjour à cet hôtel. J’avais peur que ce soit bruyant comme c’est juste à côté de la rue principale où il y a les bars, mais pas du tout avec des boules quiès on entend ni la musique dehors ni la clim. La chambre était basique et propre, rien à redire. Il y a aussi un mini frigo dans la chambre donc c’est pratique. Il y a juste le lavabo de la sdb dont l’eau s’écoulait très lentement mais ce n’est pas bien grave. La gérante est super souriante et gentille. Je tiens à prévenir que le matelas et les oreillers sont TRÈS durs. Sinon la localisation est bien, beaucoup de petits restaurants et supermarchés à côté. Les points de visite ne sont pas très loin, tout peut se faire à pied.

Небольшой отель расположен в районе Wolking street, поэтому вечером может быть шумно. Также рядом большое количество кафе,массажных салонов,обменок. Персонал отеля очень обаятельный , дружелюбный и гостеприимный . Номера достаточно функциональные- хорошая ванная комната, холодильник, телевизор, балкон,сейф. Рекомендую поставить в номере чайник)

다시 베트남 와도 들리고 싶은 곳이에요. 우선 너무 너무 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 덕분에 환전 장소와 식사 등 필요한 것들을 다 해결할 수 있었습니다! 방 시설도 깨끗하고 에어컨도 잘 됩니다 ~ 루프탑 소개해주신것도 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ다음엔 길게 묵을게요!

デタム通りの1本裏に位置する、エコノミーホテル。前日に予約できるホテルの中で、スタッフが親切というレビューが多かったので予約しました。実際にスタッフは英語はそれほど上手くありませんでしたが、いろいろと気を遣ってくれて、ありがたかったです。メコンデルタツアーと、クチ半日ツアーを直前に予約のお願いをしましたが、とてもリーズナブルな料金のツアーを予約してくれました。また、PCR検査をするクリニックについても調べてくれました。部屋の広さ、ベッドの寝心地、バスルームの清潔度などはそれなりですが、エレベーター、屋上テラスがあるのはポイントが高いです。

오래된 건물이지만 갖출건 다 있어요. 에어컨 창문 따신 물 엘레베이터 . 소음으로부터 차단될 만큼만 떨어져있는 완전 중심가. 위치는 퍼펙트합니다. 가족단위와 연인끼리만 아니라면 혼자이거나 친구끼리라면 대만족하실 거예요.

Hotel Kim is truly a wonderful spot right in the heart of the tourist district. The staff are simply the best. Ly and Vang go the extra mile to ensure the guests have a zing atime. My 8th stay here and its gets better every time. Brilliant.staff, brilliant service, simply the best.

The room was simple, but comfortable, super clean with a fantastic air conditioner! The location was perfect with things to see, do and eat right outside the front steps. The bed was VERY firm, which is why we gave a 4 instead of 5. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Lee, who greeted us with a very bubbly, “hello!” whenever she saw us. We told definitely stay here again:)

A small intimate accommodation situated in the Pham Ngu Lau district in Ho Chi Minh city. Close to many inexpensive eateries. Very comfortable air conditioned room with a balcony. (Seniors note) a big plus is the lift so easy getting the luggage to the room. Breakfast is not included but there is plenty of choice within a few yards. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Lee and immediately offered a cool drink. Our stay was only short but highly enjoyable. Would have no hesitation to stay there again.

Guys I M not big on reviews but I believe this small quaint hotel located in the heart of District 1 Ho Chi Minh City derves my time. It is well located so you have access to all the sights and simple walk to excellant restaurants. It is clean secure has all the amenities most people would need. But what makes me write this review is the staff. If you book or fortunate enough to find and empty room, I do recommend making reservations early, you will meet ly ly and Van, who I have nicked named money bags. Any thi g you need or want they will get for you. Need to be picked up at airport they can do. You always see them with a smile on their faces. I have made 30 trips to Viet Nam as you can tell I have alot of experience here. This is my 4th stay in Kim Hotel. Before Covid did not know about this hotel and was referred when I returned to Viet Nam after the country opened. For me it is an excellant bang for the buck, but most of all what makes it better for me are the staff. I highly recommend and do not believe you will be disappointed.
