Jovia Hotel

2回目の宿泊になります。便利な場所にあって、のんびりリラックスできました。 前回は気が付かなかった、耳が聞こえない方が何人も働いていらして、今回「え？実は聞こえていなかったの？知らなかったー！」ということがありました。日本の手話の「ありがとう」が通じたかどうか。 ただ、言葉以外のコミュニケーションって楽しいな、と思った旅でした。 ありのままで自然に、本当にありがとう、感謝がいっぱいのホーチミン旅になりました。 ありがとうございます。

店員服務親切，房間乾淨，熱水要等比較久才有，可能熱鍋離太遠，樓下就有一家24小時的便利商店，很方便，離濱城市場跟換匯走路都很近

這次房間沒有上次的好

I ordered 2 sets of sunny side eggs for breakfast. My wife wanted an Omelette so she place a separate order from a younger staff. A senior stopped him from placing the order telling him that I had placed an order. When they deliver the order, the senior staff attempted to take it away. The older service staff at the breakfast were unfriendly and rude, they simply have no sense of what is hospitality and service industry. Check the chargeable items in the fridge when you check in. When we check-in, there was only 1 mineral water in fridge. When we check-out they insisted that there was 2 and attempted to charge us for the missing bottle. The floor towel had many obvious dark stained marks which present a dirty and unhygienic ambience.

We had some questions even before our checkin day, and the staff were very helpful and responsive. The room was well lit, spacious, clean. Great location, delicious breakfast and fast internet as well. Initially, we found some dirt on the sheets. We just told the frontdesk, and they changed it for us. Staff were courteous. The building looks new, not bad at all. We were not expecting such a good accommodation for the price we paid. They exceeded our expectations. Keep up the good work. We will recommend it and we will stay again.

My wife and I stayed at Jovia hotel 3 days. Good location near largest market (100m). Lots of bars and restaurants close by. War remanents museum open until 17.30 is 12-15 mins walk, Independance Palace open for tickets until 15.30 is 5-7 mins walk). Breakfast is chaotic, staff do their best but there are not enough tables to accommodate all guests. Mixed selection of food for breakfast, eggs to order brought up from kitchens below. Out of the 6 hotels we stayed at in Vietnam it was the worst breakfast in terms of seating and quality. The room was very small, beds were comfortable, good aircon, and it had a good shower, but there is no storage space in the room, apart from a rail to hang up a few items with a shelf again for small items. If your room is at the back, like ours was there is only a blank wall 30cm from window, we also found the room was also noisy from something we couldn't pin down, but sounded like a plastic chair being dragged over an uneven ground at irregular time day and night? There is a pool on the roof and pool towels are provided in a basket at the top of the steps leading to the pool. There are limited sun loungers(4) and a roof terrace overlooking the small pool with views over the city, which is fairly nice, especially in the evening to be able to see the sunset and parts of the city all lit up. Reception is chaotic around 8am as groups and individual tours appear to leave to their separate ways. Staff are helpful and do there best to keep things moving, but you may have to wait for a breakfast table or to checkout. Overall we would definately not recommend this hotel to friends. Of the 6 hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam this has been the poorest in terms of rooms and service, but it has a great location.
