Elios Hotel recensioner

The location is good and the price for the hotel is very value for money which include breakfast. The only issue is the staff at the front desk, he is not friendly and not helpful. When i need some help for my wet clothes due to the rain, I ask for iron to iron dry my clothes, he just say do not have and i have to ask is there any laundry shop that can help to iron dry my clothes as i need to use the next day, he just sit there say maybe the shop outside the hotel can help. Hotel is in the service industry, which i expect more help no matter the hotel is a 3 star or 5 star hotel.

Good location..... Next to terminal bus station to Mui ne.....

I booked a twin bed and when we check in they have a room with 1 bed only and I ask for change they said no because I booked though trip.com I have to ask them to change

Night shift front desk is terrible and rude , hotel closes to everything

Close to an abundance of streets offering anything from food to whatever. Quiet despite tremendous nightly noise from nightclubs somewhat 200 meters away. Remember to rent a room not on the lowest floors , and not on 12th floor neither (6am comes with loud noises as they start preparing for breakfast on 12th floor). Breakfast is very varied. Personnel is smiling and nice. Photo shows the view from the rooftop restaurant.

Штору в ванной нужно заменить, и сделать химчистку подголовника кровати!) Завтрак скудный, но отношение персонала в ресторане сделало свое дело) Они молодцы) и омлет шикарный! В целом нормально, но мы встречали более уютные номера без окна. Персонал на ресепшен вежливый!
