Location is good near to tourist place. They upgrade the room to suite room due to twin bed is occupied. Bfast was okay. Tina and philip has good hospitality. Will back again

Awful experience with this hotel. In our booking in room type it is specifically mentioned that room has a window (!!!). When we arrive after 20hours trip, we found out tiny room without any window. No excuses from the receptionist, nothing. Was too tired to argue. Just note that Trip.com room description is a lie. Also black mold on the wall, and bad smell in the room. The only good are: - location - breakfast is okay

Room spacious, breakfast delicious. Location is great. Opposite hotel there is convenience store. Overall a great stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with all things of this hotel, for example, the cleanliness, and the location and the hospitality of all staffs especially Ms.Grace and Ms.Rose. I would like to use it again.

My friend and I had a great time at Lotus White Hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was very welcoming. We especially appreciated Grace, who made us feel so at ease with her warm smile and friendly personality. We’ll definitely book a stay here again the next time we’re in Ho Chi Minh City.

The service was great: the porters were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew served with a smile. The location was prime, in the middle of all the action. Hotel was clean and the room service and daily cleaning was excellent. Only thing is the shower and tap lacked pressure and toilet was difficult to flush. There is a nice cat cafe nearby

The front desk staff at White Lotus Hotel are proficient in English, very helpful, and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was also fantastic. The rooms are clean and very quiet, and the location is great as shopping malls, party areas, and good restaurants are all within walking distance. I will definitely recommend White Lotus Hotel to my friends.

Reasonably helpful front desk. Breakfast buffet was ok. Fresh scrambled eggs and noodles! Great location for wandering about if you like to gamble.

Good for travel

地點很方便，附近很多吃的地方，景點都很近，走路10分鐘都可以到，咖啡公寓，市政廳哪些地方，晚上不會太吵。
