This hotel service is very bad even though they have rooms available and ready they won’t let you check in earlier or check out late. Rooms with no windows, breakfast is just so basic and no much to eat. Staff at the counter are the worse from this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Location is great walking distance to all major attractions.

Good location and convenient for both business and travel. Would recommended for this and should try for this hotel when you travel to Ho Chi Minh City.

The location was good. Although there were a lot of people, the hotel was quiet. The staff was very friendly.

The best part of staying at this hotel is the location. You are right in the middle of everything. Within walking distance to museums, restaurants, cafes, bars, night market, shops, and anything else you may want. The rooms are nice and spacious. Not the most up-to-date and can definitively use an update and a fresh coat of paint, but I appreciated all the space. The downside for me, and something that I didn't know about until I got there, was that smoking is permitted in the hotel. There are ashtrays in the hallways and people were just hanging out in the hallways smoking. Their buffet breakfast was also not very good. There was plenty of food, but the food was not particularly good. If the breakfast was not included, I would definitively not have chosen to eat there. But given that breakfast was "free," I managed to find a few things that were okay (go for the omelet). The staff was okay. Generally pleasant but not all of them spoke good English, so sometimes it was a struggle to understand what they were trying to say. Overall, I would stay here for the location, but if you find another place in the area for a similar price, it may be worth it to see if that place is better than this one.

It would be better if there was a place to wash and hang clothes. Aren't there a set of toiletries every day? Do guests need to remind them to be delivered? I think the hotel should provide them to guests themselves.

The hotel is very conveniently located right in the heart of the city however the hotel is very old I think the hotel needs to upgrade the interior as well as the room facilities to newer ones .

Very good location. A lot OF café nearby, convenience store, restaurants, malls. Safe and can walk around the area even late at night. Quite busy during weekends, with several events. Can be noisy but good thing we got room with no window.

old and tired and very average breakfast. it's not 4*, more like 2*. Location is fantastic. bed is comfortable, powerpoints dont really work.....water pressure is super low....
