Dann, the receptionist guy is very kind and accommodating. I always stay here when I have business trip because of location and it is also budget friendly. Breakfast food has a lot of variety to choose from. Good food, great stay. Cons: a bit noisy at night from nearby karaoke place

I had a fantastic experience staying at Tanh Tai Hotel 1 during my visit to Ho Chi Minh City. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The food at the hotel was another highlight – the breakfast options were delicious and fresh, and I appreciated the variety offered. What made the stay even better was the hotel's location, which is conveniently close to popular tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. It was easy to explore landmarks, markets, and cultural sites, all within a short distance. Overall, Tanh Tai Hotel 1 provided an excellent value for the price, offering a blend of comfort, great service, and a prime location. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

First time in Ho chi min, just randomly chose this Hotel. The interior is great. The bathroom is great and clean. Just a little cons : everything that serves inside the room is not free

Hotel is clean and neat. Reception speaks good English. Breakfast was good. Has laundry and ironing service with charge. Especially Mr. DANH from reception support well and good.

Dahn is very good staff. Very accomodating. The process of check was very smooth. Me and my friends had a good and restful stay at the hotel.

Solo stayed 1 night arrived late, few questions in morning reception had all directions ready for me. Breakfast big plenty to choose from inside or outdoor sitting.

The staff here were absolutely amazing and went above, and beyond expectations of my stay. Two of the staff members of this facility and now what I call my Vietnamese family. I would recommend this premises to anybody. Kind regards Todd
