C Central Hotel foton

Room was very different from the picture, layout and size all seem abit deceiving. Front desk gave me an attitude when I ask about it. He said that all the rooms are booked and if I’m not happy with the room, I can move somewhere else. I ended up paying extra for other hotels as it was a last minute booking. Trip.com did not give solutions and it did 2 days to resolve the problem. Honestly destroyed my holiday thoroughly.

Overall I’m satisfied with the stay @ this hotel.. Pro — room is spacious and comfortable . The receptionist quite friendly . Not so recommend for those light sleeper as pubs and disco but for me I still sleep tight @ night 🫰

Very great location and accommodative. Near bui vien street

Location was great and rather centralized. It's right at the corner of the happening night life street. Music were loud but manageable in the room. Staffs were friendly and helpful. There's a massage place at the entrance of the hotel which is very convenient if you need one. Just 1 downside is that the sink has some pipe issues whereby it will leak but issue wasn't that big to complain about. Overall would recommend the place to stay.

Don't be fooled by the photos displayed! The hotel is not a corner hotel but it is one of those small terraced buildings wedged in between other small shops. That photo should be taken down for fraudulent representation. I booked a double room for 2 nights, stayed in 602 then 202 the next day. The rooms are not spacious at all like in the photos. On my 2nd night, I returned late to my windowless room and found out the aircon was not working and they told me they had no other rooms as they were full. So are they trying to tell me to continue paying the full price and stay on despite the situation? I told them I could not sleep but they kept insisting they could not do anything about it because they claimed they would not know the aircon was broken until a customer complaints. WHAT? That is the worst excuse you can give to a customer when you are OPERATING A HOTEL, not some cheap backstreet alley. The onus is on the hotel to ensure all facilities are working properly before a customer complaints. If any feature in the room is not working as expected, do not sell the room! They offered portable fans but I paid for an aircon room and fans were no use as it was a windowless room. The hotel receptionist knew I was in a tight spot as it was already 1am at night. I sensed a lack of willingness by the hotel to improve my experience. They could have offered a refund, book a room at another hotel(which is what I requested because I just wanted to sleep), whatever compensation instead of pleading that there was "nothing they could do". The receptionist finally made arrangements for me to have a room at their sister hotel called Scat, a few streets away. It is operated by the same lacklustre owner who doesn't seem to be bothered about the horrible conditions of these 'hotels'. It felt like these hotels were maintained by dirty, village-style, unhygienic individuals who could not be bothered by what a customer experiences. C Central hotel is also situated right opposite the loudest club around called GO2 at Bui Vien walking street(they blast loud and lewd music onto the streets), facing a notoriously busy cross junction filled with 'creatures of the night', honking scooters, taxis, etc. Definitely not family friendly. The hotel is tacky at best, severely outdated with different colour bulbs in the room, lifts are dirty/grimy, some facilities in the room are not working(i.e. safety box), towels are old & crusty, terribly maintained establishment. It felt as if the owners are just sitting idly collecting money and not concerned at all that the hotel is rotting away. I will not come back here to stay even if I was paid to do so. But hey, you can experience it for yourself if you want to! The attached photo is what you would see the moment you step out of the hotel. Club GO2 is opposite. If you are 'lucky' enough to be allocated a room facing the club, you're guaranteed to wake up deaf. If you are a husband with a nagging wife, GO FOR IT!

The location of the hotel is in the hotspot for the tourists, it’s nice, anyway so crowded and noisy at night! Staffs are friendly and helpful.

I arrived at the hotel on the first day, and there was no room due to overbooking by the hotel, so I was assigned a room in another hotel, but I was given a cheap hotel that was only half the price of the 2 star hotel I booked. The reason is that there are 4 other 2 star hotels operated by the hotel side, but the c central hotel induces reservations and leads to other cheap hotels.i will upload picture of the Meraki hotel

1. If you can bear with the noise and dirty area both surrounding and inside the room, this place may be satisfied you. 2. The location is located it the center actually, BUT it may work for those who stay up late until morning. 3. The room is so dirty. Even it has all necessary amenities, but all are uncleanliness. We found the cockroach around the bed. Also, the dirt and mold is over the bedsheet. Such a nightmare that you can’t imagine. 4. The photo here of the building is scammed. The exterior and surround of real place is not like that. This place is just a small building. Please check in Google carefully. 5. The lift is so slow, really slow ever than expected. 6. Having some smell in the outside of the room. Smell like urinating mixed up cockroach. In conclusion, it’s the worse part at all cost. It’s nightmare for us.
