Huazhu Hotel recensioner

The hotel was still under renovation so the gym wasn’t available. But they gave us free hotel breakfast as compensation which was good. Room was big and spacious. Not bad for its price

Hotel with different rooms type for an insane low price. Beautiful swimming pool with view, restaurant and bar on the rooftop. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

It was a nice experience. I'm definitely booking it again. The location is good, close to the walking street, but far enough to be quiet. There's a laundry spot around the corner. And the pool was a nice addition. Some towels had permanent stains though.

Booked this room with friends and the toilet window and curtain were see through, hence making it inconvenient to use the toilet with friends of different genders. We informed the hotel staff and they were very accommodative by handling the matter promptly. Location was convenient and accessible to tourist landmarks such as Ben Thanh Market. The rooftop bar view was super pretty and the food ware great.

The location was perfect for what we wanted close to markets and shops and the view from our room was just beautiful. The customer service was amazing, especially the doorman who always greeted us with a smile and was happy to help us find whatever we needed. The pool was nice and quiet and was especially beautiful at night with the lights. Overall we loved it

The customer service was very bad, they charge you for laundary even though it was smelly and dirty. Make sure to make up the bad and ensure it doesn’t get dirty, not even little bit.

Location was very good for the airport. Last minute booking as a result of a flight mix up. Cheap & plenty of convenience stores nearby

I couldn’t go, but the hotel refused to refund. That’s is very unfair and it speaks to the tune that hotel is desperate and probably doesn’t get customers

Staff were super friendly and accommodating upon arrival, carried my (super heavy) bags in for me, was shown around the capsule floor, locker, bathrooms, how the capsule works, etc. capsule was a super cool experience - cosy and the most comfortable bed I’ve had the whole 2 weeks I’ve been in Vietnam. Pool is open til 10pm which is later than others I’ve stayed at, which is good. We tried to sneak a midnight swim but we got kicked out of the pool which was a bummer but the staff were really good about it and got us towels😆 security guard out the front is so lovely and always greets you as you come and go.

Staff was really nice, upgraded our rooms when they realized they overbooked what we reserved. Bar and pool were very convenient and cute! The bathroom in my room was kind of weird, the tub was not installed properly and there was no shower curtain so the bathroom got wet every time I showered. One of my friend had ants in her bed. It was a good hotel for the price and location though. 10 mins walk from the walking street and not too far from the market either

The basic room is a studio apartment. The gym does not have air conditioning. The staff are very unfriendly. The view from the roof top bar is good but the food and service is lacking.

The hotel was nice, however, not what we expected. We stayed in a space pod style thing. This is not what we anticipated but we were only there for 1 night and exhausted so just got on with it. The hotel was nice, just an unusual set up and unlike anything we’d seen before.

The staff was helping and friednly, our request were fufilled. The room was clean and well kept👍🏻

The room is good. The staffs are so nice.
