Family run hotel, very friendly and supportive in a wonderful peaceful area, but still close to busy Tam coc main street. We extended our stay. Good breakfast, had 6 options to choose from, lovely view. Highly recommended.

Прекрасный отель утопающий в зелени. Хозяин отеля очень приветливый и приятный, все нам показал и рассказал. Номера чистые и новые. В душевой бы сделать перегородку, чтобы вода везде не брызгала, в остальном все отлично. Есть бесплатная аренда велосипедов.

Nans house is a beautiful homestay. Very peaceful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great laundry service and the breakfast was good and fresh. You can borrow a bike for free and the main street is located a few minutes by bikes, which is very safe to bike at night.

Hands downs best decision to choose Nan House thats a little bit off the beaten track i.e you have to find it in rather long alleyway in a residential neighborhood. But that was one of the best parts about it, you don’t feel like a tourist but rather a local, away from the crowdedness of Tamcoc downtown. Perfect if you’re looking for a fun but relaxing place to stay for your trip.

20/10 stay at Nan House. Mr Tuan was an incredible host, so friendly and went above and beyond for us. Beautiful cooked breakfast, many local recommendations, bikes and offers of transport are just a few things that made the stay great! Nan house is in a quiet location but still close to tan coc (easy to walk or bike) so I could not have asked for better. Nan house is one of the few air bnbs that is even more beautiful than the photos and has everything we could have wanted (including air con and pool!). I will be recommending Nan house to everyone I know who comes to Vietnam. Thank you!!

Nice location and amenities! Definitely want to come back! This is a great place to stay in Ninh Binh! The attractions are within motorbike/bicycle distance! Location is a bit off the beaten path that can ensure a tranquil atmosphere for guests!

We spent four nights at Nan House and it was just brilliant - really well located to get to everything in Tam Coc by bike (which you can rent), but still really peaceful. Tuan and his wife were so helpful - going out of their way for us multiple times - and they were very patient and friendly towards our rambunctious two year old! You can tell they really care about the premises and their guests. Whilst we were there they were building a new children’s play area, which will be an amazing addition to the place. I’d highly recommend staying here - and don’t miss out on their delicious smoothies!

Just returned after an idyllic 2 night stay with friends and it was truly magical. So tranquil and the rooms were first class. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff and I will certainly be recommending this slice of paradise to family and friends in the UK 😍
