Tam Coc Mountain Bungalow

We stayed here for a few days and arrived in the early hours of the morning after getting a sleeper bus straight from the Ha Giang Loop. I was anxious about whether we would be able to get our room when arriving around 3-4am however there was a doorbell on the reception desk and a friendly face soon appeared and let us into our room. Rooms are comfortable and a good size. Very clean. We also had laundry done here which we were happy with. The owners cannot do enough to help, we hired push bikes to cycle around which were great and we also arranged a private taxi back to Hanoi Airport at the end of our stay so we could fly to Da Nang, this transfer cost half of what Grab was charging and was a brand new, large car.

Excellent and friendly family run accommodation. Great setting and location on the outskirts of Tam Coc. Nice pool to cool off in. Hosts are super helpful and accommodating and let guests hang out by the pool for the day after checking out if you’ve got a late bus or train to catch.

A lovely stay! Friendly Owners We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time doing things around in Tam Coc and Nin Binh. The owner arranged airport pick up and drop from airport at a good price and overall it was a super fun stay! Reccommend it for a budget stay

The hotel is so comfortable. We were all made to feel so welcome and happy. The staff are really kind and funny. The place is quiet (but did meet people there too), is situated really close to the pagoda and super clean. The twin room we stayed in was spacious and we got housekeeping every day. Can’t recommend enough!

Ninh Binh is a paradise for all nature loving travellers and this place makes it more better. Just the home away from home no matter from which corner of the world you are from. The family running this stay is by far the best Vietnamese people in all of my days in Vietnam. Rooms are clean and spacious, surrounding is peaceful and all of it together will give you the bestest experience of Ninh Binh,Vietnam.

Had a lovely stay here just for one night but wish it could’ve been longer. The staff are SO lovely and whilst they don’t speak a lot of English, they use their phones to get a translator online. They trust you to keep track of your drinks and costs which is just lovely. You can rent bikes from the property and cycle to town. The rooms are clean and tidy and the facilities are brilliant. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool.
