Magical! Thank you to ALL the staff for your patience and generosity. Our stay at the private villa maison Que was a home away from home. Words cannot describe our gratitude to the whole experience. Can't wait to come back during May, the lotus bloom season.

My husband and I had a 2-night stay here and could have easily made it 3-nights. Serene, but welcoming. Breakfast was lovely with many options, and dinner was is a must. Consider ordering the Hanoi grilled fish or grilled mountain goat. Get a massage, ride the bikes to town, watch the birds. 11/10 rating.

A absolutely stunning, picture perfect place to stay! The interior design, setting and gardens are absolutely perfect. A credit to the people that have planned this resort, as there was nothing out of place and the attention to detail is faultless. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. I paid extra for a private dining experience (as it was my girlfriends 30th birthday) and the table setting was phenomenal, as was the service we received. The breakfast was delicious on both mornings, with a huge choice of great quality options. We throughly enjoyed the boat trip excursion we booked through the resort, and felt extremely special with the picnic and wine. We had a bit of a poor experience with the lady on the boat asking for a tip before we’d even finished the boat ride, but having spoken to the receptionist at the resort they have spoken with the boat company and have ensured this won’t happen again for any future guests. The resort were extremely apologetic on behalf of the boat company, which was very much appreciated. We initially had a bit of an issue with having to cancel one of our three nights here (due to our own error of messing up how long we could stay here before travelling on). It was quite difficult to get hold of management to resolve this issue, but in the end we got through to them and they were kind enough to understand our issue and waive their cancellation policy so we got a full refund for the night we couldn’t stay. We can’t ask much for than that, so thank you very much for your understanding. Finally, all staff at the resort were absolutely top notch. The resort clearly look after their staff as they all seem to have great pride in the service they provide. Everywhere in the resort was immaculate, and all staff couldn’t do enough for you. A special thanks to Chi who looked after us superbly throughout our stay. And also a special thanks to the other lady who helped us resolve our cancellation issue and who provided a very thorough apology and explanation of the cancellation issue and the boat trip issue - apologies I didn’t catch your name! All in all I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone. What you get for your money is leagues above anywhere in the UK, and it was a truly unforgettable stay. You can get places extremely cheap in Vietnam, but you get what you pay for. If you want to feel extremely special and be looked after like Kings and Queens, Tam Coc Garden Resort is the place for you. Thank you to all of the staff for making my girlfriend’s 30th birthday so special!

This resort is a little gem. It is a relaxing hideaway with beautiful staff, great food (the breakfast is quite heavenly) and it offers excellent experiences. We cannot rate highly enough the cooking class - wandering along the path with our gorgeous receptionist carrying a shrimp basket will stay with me forever. We also did the hike (quite hard but worth it) and the romantic boat ride that took us to the hidden Buddha. The flowers on the boat were a lovely touch. Of course the Tam CoC scenery was also part of the lovely experience. We would happily come back.
