Customer service should never be a problem. Every customer should be treated with respect and should be made to feel they matter. Too much competition is out there and if you don’t take care of your customers someone else will. It all starts from the phone call to attending to them when they arrive at the your hotel

Ate at Drylands yesterday. Sat to get waited on. 20 minutes no server. Flagged a manager who was too busy talking to a big party when she knew. Watched her for 30 minutes. Nothing. Ordered food to go from the bar to take to room. Sitting here again Saturday the 14 been sitting heard 13 minutes. Server passed us no service. Still waiting. Housekeeping a disaster. They don’t speak English. Went to front desk for room cleaning since we are here 5 days. After day 3 I begged. Asked for hotel management. Front desk wants to resolve on their own. You pay resort fees but you have to get your own stuff. Disappointed in PENN PROPERTY

We found this hotel by chance seeing how the oilfield workers have every single hotel in the city completely booked. The hallways and room wasn’t very well lit. I guess to try and hide the filth. The carpets were gross as well as the bathrooms.

Had no soaps in any of the restrooms to wash your hands. So basically everyone that had to go take a shhh or even if they just pee they were not able to wash their hands then going back out to touch each and every machine with their dirty hands.

We did not stay overnight but going to Zia Pyis always a fun time. We always win a little and have a lot of fun for the amount of money we spend.

went to Hobbs, for a ****** trip-just a day and night trip. room was super hot when we arrived, thank goodness we went up and turned on the a/c. Casino's a/c was out!! super hot in there. a lot of the games were out of service or disabled. can't drink on the floor of the ******. ****** was only open from 11:00-11:00. we did win and took a small amount of their money! enjoyed our stay as much as we could! Food was good in the grill and breakfast was ok--just yogurt and boiled eggs!

My level of disappointment in our experience at this property cannot be overstated. We stayed at a Penn property in Jackpot city Nevada recently and had a great experience, so when we had to decide between this property and one north of Hobbs, we opted to go out of our way (nearly 80 miles) to visit this Penn location. WE MADE THE WRONG CHOICE. The room was less than ideal and had a sticky floor in the bathroom. The ****** could not have been worse. It lacks sufficient AC so it is very uncomfortable to the point I only played about 20 minutes. Also worth noting it was extremely smokey even though I was in the small area designated as non smoking. When we wanted to cool down in the bar/restaurant area we sat down and watched as two servers chatting with each other for about 7-9 minutes before acknowledging us. After taking our drink order she came back about 10 minutes later and said they did not have the right ingredients to make an Old Fashion. We decided not order food and left. The next morning at 8:00 we were ready to leave (long drive ahead of us) and needed to cash in our slot ticket only to learn the ****** was closed until 10:00. So we could not get our money until then. The person at front desk was NOT helpful and seemed unsympathetic to the inconvenience this situation caused. The attitude of staff and poor quality of ****** made this leg of our three months of traveling the worst of our entire trip. We enjoying gaming and travel. Needless to say I will never stay here again.

As much money as this ****** makes, you would think that cooling and air quality should be a given. Seems like management is not too concerned about the health and we'll being of its customers.
