Radisson Safari Hotel Hoedspruit recensioner

This hotel exceeded all our expectations in terms of quality, luxury and service. The hotel is a short drive from the local airport and is perfect for safari. We used it as a base to visit different sections of KNP. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Beautiful designed hotel with excellent service and food

Great hotel, amazing food, restaurant reasonable prices. Only improvement would be heated pools in winter - using solar thermal energy and solar energy, this could be done 100% environment friendly.

Staff was friendly and good. The food and the rooms very nice 👍 What I loved most is that they managed to prepare lunch parks keep up the standard

We had a delicious dinner at Pegasus restaurant. Arnold was our waiter and he was amazing, very attentive. Neil the manager was knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a great trip. I would definitely do it again, this time with my kids. I believe it would be even more enjoyable in the summer when we can use the pool facilities. The staff members were incredibly friendly and well-trained. The breakfast was also amazing.

We had an awesome stay at the Radisson Hoedspruit. We saw many birds and a few antelope from our room. The breakfast is superb.

The facilities are amazing and the view from the hotel is just spectacular. Rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. Beds are incredibly comfortable and staff are friendly and on the ball. We were there on conference and this is where we felt let down. The bar service was very slow when in got busy and we felt that the prices were exorbitant. I was disappointed in the Pegasus restaurant where we were served very underwhelming Prego's for the price. We eventually decided to eat at establishments outside the hotel. Great hotel, but I would avoid the restaurants as they are massively overpriced. The snacks served during the conference were not great and we were constantly running out of items being served. I was considering returning to show my kids the place as well, but I think we might not be doing that.

We kindly asked for our single beds to separated. They took more than 1 hour to attend to this issue.

My wife and I really had a great stay. There were great activities we participated in and we loved every moment. The staff also provided good customer service. The food could be improved (i.e dinner menu for both restuarants).

Very clean and the rooms are fitted with the lasted technology and everything was well maintained and organized
