Room feels larger than it looks with high headroom. We were treated with special desserts for our honeymoon :)

Everything is great. Provided with sauna & gym room, even they provide room call service if there’s aurora so you won’t have to wait for yourself.
Breakfast is great, value for money.

They can provide some special request facilities such as shaving kits, kettle. Unfortunately, the kettle they sent was not clean and had the smell and stains of instant noodles.

The location of the hotel was good. The facilities are very good, but I don't know why the gym is designed to be together with the spa and the glass in the middle is transparent, so I always feel that I am being watched when I soak in the spa. Dinner and breakfast were fine, except for the price lol.

Very clean stylish hotel. But beds are quite small (Twin Room). Breakfast is very good!

The hotel is clean with every amenity in need and even the call-up service for aurora. As we arrive quite late so we didn’t enjoy much. Personally think the price is a little bit high but if for all the amenities it still worths such value. The only point we were not that satisfied was that we called the reception for kettle to boil hot water but it took more than half an hour before we finally got the kettle to the room

Well located, close to Jokulsarlon. But really overpriced for a tiny room. Most staff being arrogant. Definitely not worth the price, for an hotel which is equivalent to a 3 star hotel.

Unfortunately the hot tub was not working when we were there but we enjoyed the sauna. The food at the restaurant was on the pricier side but delicious. The room was comfortable and we loved the decor! Service was okay, we felt that the staff could be friendlier.

Very nice for this boutique Friendlyness of the staff and warmly welcome Hotel ideally located .
Rooms just ok I think need some refurbishment.
For me 4,5*
