In the district of Kummersdorf, outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Arrach, on a slope, traffic calmed area, 300 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the lake, 9 km from the skiing area. For shared use: volleyball, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the complex: table tennis (extra). Central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Großmühle Abzw. Hohenwarth" 650 m, railway station "Hohenwarth" 1.5 km, grass beach "Seepark Arrach" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, thermal baths 10 km, bathing lake "Seepark Arrach" 5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, tennis 6 km, riding stable 800 m, chair lift 9 km, skisport facilities 9 km, slopes 9 km, ski rental 11 km, ski school 9 km, cross country ski track 11 km. Beautiful, well-kept apartment with good facilities. Unfortunately, the mattresses were very uncomfortable (saggy) and both slatted frames in the children's room were damaged. Wasn't too relevant for us since we don't have children, but should still be fi

The apartment was fine. It was a pity, however, that the restaurant was closed and the bathing lake had no jetty or better opportunities for bathing.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was clean, bright, well equipped and with a separate children's room. Value for money is right. The only thing we would have wished for was better mattresses in the master bedroom. They were borderline for us
