Great customer service from the start to the end. Definitely will come back again. With the free bike, the location from hotel to Ancient City which make it easier.

Fantastic service by the staff in this hotel. We got a free upgrade to a room with pool view and it was nice and spacious. The bath tub and bed were of comfortable size and made for a great stay.

It’s a really nice little hotel. About 1km walk to the Japanese bridge, Hotel crew extremely nice and helpful. Small pool is available but we never had time to test it. Breakfast is OK also by western standards. Rooms are small but feels almost new and nicely decorated. We will come back for sure 😎

An impressive experience with an excellent hotel. The room was wonderful, clean and luxurious with a plentiful supply of green tea and Vietnamese coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower and bathroom were marvelous and the view of the river particularly good at sunset. The only problem was being opposite the lift so there was occasional corridor noise. The breakfast was outstanding with great choice of Western and Vietnamese styles. All was fresh, especially the pastries and fruit. There were chefs waiting to take orders for dishes such as Omelettes, Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Eggs, Pho and Noodle Soups. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is on th4 edge of How An with a short walk to the fields and river but also only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town and night market area. The staff were incredibly good. They are all very friendly, always greeting em by name and aware of the particulars of my stay. When I arrived late at night, the receptionist had arranged for the air conditioning to be turned on in my room prior to arrival which was very welcome. Whatever I required to help my stay, the reception helped and provided. When I left in the early morning, they unexpectedly offered to provide a breakfast box and cup of tea for my drive to the airport. They are really lovely people as one always finds in Vietnam. This hotel is highly recommended.

Only stayed there 1 night to attend a business meeting with one of my bigger clients. Hotel was very welcoming and the reception area very clean. Check in process was very easy. The room that I had was the pool view. Attractive as it was, I did not have the pleasure of using it because of time and the rather nippy temperature. Room was very nice and spacious and the internet connectivity was more than acceptable. Breakfast options was decent enough for my simple requirements.

The hotel is located not far from the old street and easy to walk around. The staff provides excellent service, including giving advice on various tourist attractions, great local restaurant and others that i love it!!! Me and my friends had a great experience in this stay.

We have a wonderful stay at Delicacy hotel. The service from the crews are excellent, especially Lisa. We will definitely come back to this hotel again for our next stay!

Very very friendly staff, the personal attention given is great. This is my first time ever experience with such a good service. The complementary breakfast is simple. and nice.

The hotel is cozy and comfortable, high rate on their bed especially. Very nice and warm service, special thanks to their staff, Stelle. We were impressed by their surprising arrangement of the birthday cake - we didn’t request but a complimentary gift as they checked the birthday on my boyfriend’s passport. Thank you again, my boyfriend and I enjoyed so much during our stay.
