The hotel is beautiful albeit being located near the streets. I loved the stylish decor and the free breakfast. The staff is super welcoming, especially Lily, who remembers every guest’s name. I was genuinely impressed—super clean, and my experience here was fantastic. Absolutely a 10/10! ✨😊 (wished it was a little more soundproof though)

Exceptional Stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An! I recently stayed at the Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is stunning—elegantly designed with modern amenities, yet it maintains the charm that reflects the beauty of Hoi An. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, with a lovely view of the city. The pool area was an oasis of calm, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the town. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service, especially from Katty, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. She was incredibly attentive, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was helping with local recommendations or ensuring I was comfortable, Katty’s hospitality made my stay extra special. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international options. The hotel’s location is ideal—close enough to the old town for easy access, but also far enough to enjoy a peaceful retreat. I would highly recommend Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. From airport to hotel around 50 mins by Grab. Room and lobby is clean, indoor temperature and ambience is nice. 2 swimming pools located at ground floor and roof top, but small. And not many restaurant, bar nearby the hotel. All staff is sincere and polite, especially staff JESSI who is responsible for concierge service, she is really caring, friendly and helpful during our stay.

A place to stay recommend to anyone who would visit Hoiana. Hotel with unique design, clean and cozy. Breakfast are excellent, must try “Beef Pho” and Vietnamese ice coffee. bicycle rent for free and 2 swimming pool available. Staff are very friendly and attentive all times. I was greeted by a male staff called Jay, he shown great hospitality until the day check out. Would definitely stay again if I travel to Hoiana.
