Good location, friendly and helpful staff, close to tourist attractions. ทำเลดีมาก ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและร้านอาหาร ห้องไม่ใหญ่มากแต่ก็ไม่แคบโดยรวมประทับใจและคิดว่าจะกลับไปพักอีก ปล. อาหารเช้าตัวเลือกไม่มากนักแต่อร่อยมาก 💕

มีความเป็นเวียดนามสูง พนักงานบริการแนะนำดี มีขายกิจกรรมที่เราจะทำในที่พักเลย มีแผนที่ให้ ใกล้เมื่อเก่าเดินถ่ายรูปสะดวก อาหารเช้าโอเคสำหรับคนไทย แต่ติดตรงน้ำเปล่าในอาหารเช้าไม่เย็นและใส่ขวดลักษณะคล้ายแจกันดอกไม้ จึงหาน้ำกินยากและไม่เย็น ห้องหักค่อนข้างเล็กกว่าที่คิด

It's important to keep in mind that this is a budget-friendly property, so setting realistic expectations regarding amenities and room size is key to appreciating it. What we really enjoyed was the hotel's excellent location—just a five-minute walk from the ancient town. The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming.

Over the last six years, we’ve spent quite a few times now in Hoi An. This was our first time staying at Chillax Old Town Villa with my western parents and Vietnamese in-laws. A perfectly located, friendly place to cater for national and foreign guests. A very enjoyable stay.

Clean, spacious boutique villa which is a stone throw away from the old town night market and lantern river boat. Basically you can walk and explore the whole old town from here. Friendly receptionists, Van and Tam who recommended good tours and tourist spots. They can also arrange pickups, motorbike or bicycle rental. Very friendly and greets you everytime.

It was average stay. In breakfast few items. Watermelon slices having onion smell. Swimming pool in front of reception and road. We booked boat but it was really difficult to find boat, wasted time and long walk. It was surprised when I asked receipt and answer was NO. Average

The hotel has a laidback tropical vibes which we loved. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. We stayed on a double room with window. The room is big, and the bed was huge. We enjoyed the smart TV after a long day of exploring. The toilet and shower is spacious. The front counter ladies were very helpful and kind. They organised some drivers for some of our activities and all are excellent. Highly recommend this accommodation!
